A luxury three bedrooms villa perched on the very top of a hill with extraordinary view. Carefully restored, it enjoys alfresco dinner areas and a large infinity pool (13m x 5m x 1,5m deep with build in steps, heatable with a thermal pool cover available). The Villa is part of an exclusive estate with a 18-hole championship golf course and an elegant restaurant.
The interiors of the Villa are cosy and elegant, fitted with modern facilities that include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all the 3 spacious bedrooms, and a modern kitchen completed with dishwasher, oven, two fridges and microwave oven. Spacious laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available. To reach the Villa there is a gravel road in good condition of approx 3 Km crossing the wonderful estate not suitable for low-height cars.
