The location of the apartment is perfect and the size for a family of 3 was exactly what we needed. Everything is close walking distance and there are lots of food options near by. The only complaint we had was the noise level all night from the main bedroom was quite loud and the use of earplugs is a good idea. There was a smell when you walked into the building that never went away. The apartment was one the 2nd floor and there is no elevator which was fine for us but something to note if you have a hard time with stairs. Our check in host didn’t speak any English so it was a little hard to understand the directions but we managed. Other then the noise levels we would totally recommend this apartment

This apartment was beautiful and perfect for our stay in Florence! The check in process was easy and communication throughout booking was great. Would definitely stay in this clean newly remodeled apartment again!

Very Nice Apartment

Beautifully redecorated and all but the HVAC were in good working order. The owners were generous in leaving water, juice, and Coca-Cola in the refrigerator. Because the air conditioning was not working, we had to leave the windows partially open at night, which led to a tremendous amount of street noise. So, it was difficult to sleep. Fortunately, the weather was cool and we did not need the AC during the day. All said, other than the noise, we were quite comfortable with the apartment and the location.

Great location- awesome apartment

This apartment is perfect for a small family. The location is close to everything. Building is quiet and safe. We walked to Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. There is a really good restaurant downstairs and a small store to get water, soda, etc right next door (street level). Sylvia the host (and her mom) are very accommodating and accessible. For those looking to stay in Florence during the summer, the A/C is amazing in this apartment. Beds are comfortable and space is very clean. Would highly recommend.
