Beautiful architectural home, near everything

Beautifully designed house near everything<br>In the Playa Mansa area, surrounded by mature landscaping and beautiful pine trees<br>Our living room is beautiful, with large windows offering views of the magnificent garden in Punta del Este.<br>The parrilla is a traditional outdoor grill area and features a large table for barbecuing.<br>We live in Argentina; my husband is an architect who designed our family holiday home. <br>We’ve enjoyed many summer holidays here with our children. Now that they’ve grown up, we’re ready to share our home with guests. Electricity and water are not included in the rental price and are billed separately based on usage.

The house is ok, the kitchen well stocked for cooking supplies, location is very good. Our review is largely about the unhygienic conditions in the pool, that we experienced for 3 days of 14 days rental. Even after notifying the property manager, nothing was done before we checked out.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the house, the well-equipped kitchen, and the location. Regarding the pool, those days coincided with public holidays in Punta del Este, and we experienced unusually heavy rainfall, which affected the water conditions. The pool maintenance provider required an additional day to fully restore it to proper standards. We regret that this impacted part of your stay and appreciate your understanding. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
