Beautiful property and great bedroom configuration for our Girls Trip. Beds were super comfy. All rooms had nice AC units. Weather did not cooperate but we made the best of it. Super close to downtown Julian. Very peaceful.

We had a great stay at the farmhouse! We loved how spacious the home was, and the kids loved playing in the backyard and on the swing. Just a short drive from Julian and wineries, we loved exploring the community

Eileen’s farmhouse comfortably housed our party of 14. It was nice, clean and peaceful in a secluded area. Eileen was quick to respond with any inquiries we had. Check in and out were a breeze. If we were to stay in Julian I’d gladly book here again.

Love this place

This is our second time to use this place for a family reunion. It’s good for all ages and it’s a beautiful location. The owner is responsive and helpful. The view is amazing.

A perfect spot for a four-day getaway in the mountains and exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private property with beautiful views and spacious yard, hot tub, great charcoal grill and space for our two pups to play and explore. Convenient drive into town but far enough away for peaceful tranquility. Eileen and Tom are great hosts who live on the property but far enough away that you feel like the entire ranch is all yours. If you like to stream shows, bring your Firestick or Roku but DISH is available otherwise. Farmhouse is very comfortable with a great fireplace and well appointed...bring your own spices and shampoo if needed. Thank you and hope to be back again in the future.

Great Family Getaway

Appreciated so much the peaceful, quiet atmosphere with endless views. Family had a wonderful time with plenty of activities for kids. Bean bag toss and bocce ball were big hits. Nearby Volcan Mt Preserve hike was amazing.

Great Family Getaway!

This home was the perfect place for our family to gather together! Lots of beds! Great Outdoor Escape

I rented this place for a chill girls weekend with my friends. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the location and how close it was to Julian as well. The hot tub was nice aspect as well. Would come again!

Great farmhouse in the woods!

We loved the cozy 1940s farmhouse. The best part about the property is the location. We loved the 55acres of solitude while still being close to Julian and wynola. The fresh water from the well was also such a treat!
