Edgartown Escape, Spacious 4 Br, Quite Conveniently Located
Well appointed over sized cape with lots of windows in quiet wooded neighborhood on a paved dead-end street in Edgartown. Centrally located and convenient to all that down island has to offer. A great family house! Comfortable living room with flat screen TV, and adjoining den area. Sparkling kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Also on first floor is a half bath and bedroom with two twin beds. Second floor has full bath, master bedroom with flat screen, another bed room with queen size bed and a flat screen, and the fourth bedroom with two twins. Large private deck through slider off kitchen. Great back yard with lush grass and mature perennials and tall beach grass. An outside shower to wash off the beach sand from your feet! We do a Saturday-Saturday rental turnover in Season late June, July and August.
****Please note linens are not included. You will need to bring your own (sheets and towels). There are services on Island that will drop off and pick up. If you need more info please let us know.
