The villa is surrounded by greenery with a large garden and a wonderful 360 degree sea view, certainly one of the most beautiful areas of this paradise, the beach of Porto Giunco can be easily reached on foot and the lake with flamingos is a stone's throw away , to be able to take unique photos of these beautiful animals.
The villa is located in a strategic position close to the sea but 1 minute drive from the center of Villasimius, ideal for spending a relaxing holiday in an exclusive setting.
A welcome drink is offered at check in.


The villa is only 150 meters from the sea, equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, living room, dining room overlooking the garden, upper patio with lake view with flamingos, sea and port of the Villasimius marina.
The villa can accommodate 4 adults and one child.

Super Lage und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer

Das Haus ist ein Eckhaus mit großem Garten und Webergrill. Gasflachen waren voll und der Grill war sauber. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten und ontop auf dem Dach (großer Sonnenschirm) mit Blick aufs Meer. Küche gut sortiert mit Kaffemaschine. Das Besondere aber: Der Wintergarten mit großflächigem Mosquitoschutz wie in Florida. Somit konnte zu jederzeit im Freien gesessen werden. Der Preis ist etwas höher wie andere Objekte, aber durch die gute Ausstattung angemessen.

Gastfreundschaft Vermieter super. Sehr nahe an einem der schönsten Strände (10 Min. zu Fuss). Super eingerichtet für Familie. Alles sauber. Betten bequem. Küche hat alles was man zum selber kochen braucht. Waschmaschine war sehr hilfreich für Kleidung und Badetücher. Gemütliche Dachterrasse mit Lounge und Tisch im Schatten eines Baumes. Garten sehr schön. Auto innerhalb abschliessbarem Tor. Nähe zum Hafen top: Laden, Restaurants, Pizza, Boote mieten. Gerne wieder! Grüsse an Emanuele und Ciacomo aus der Schweiz von Guido und Karin

Räume kleiner als im Inserat angezeigt; Das Boot stand wie in der Objektbeschreibung angekündigt nicht zur Verfügung. Am Ankunftstag (17.06.2022) nur kaltes Wasser - sowie am 04.07.2022 kein Gas. Dieses Objekt ist nicht empfehlenswert!
