About this property

The Hidden Loft - a stroll away from Spanish Steps

Unique and suggestive loft in the heart of the historic center of Rome just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish steps.
It has been just renovated and elegantly furnished with some luxury materials. It can host up to three guests, there is one King size bed in the living area and one private bedroom with one Queen bed. A fully furnished kitchen is available for all your needs as well as a private bathroom with steam shower and sauna.

The space
Unique loft just renovated located at the ground floor of the ancient building. From the entrance you have the view over the main living area with one king size bed, a large crystal dining table, two sofas, flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with free pods for your stay.
You'll find all the necessary if you want to cook during your stay.
There is one second private bedroom with a queen bed for a third guest
The bathroom is fully furnished and has a steam shower with sauna system.
Free WIFI and airconditioning available in every room!
At your arrival you'll find some bedsheets and towels for your stay.

Other things to note
The loft is located in the heart of the historic center where cars without a permit can not access. If you're planning to come by car I suggest you to park along the TIber and reach me by walk (5 - 10 min walk)
The loft has just been renovated and I kindly ask my guests to take care of it!
You'll find some recycling instructions inside the loft.
At your arrival there is the city tourist tax to pay in cash of 3. 50 euros per person per day (children under 10 are exempted).

Fabulous location

We loved the ground floor location and the close proximity to the Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and an easy walk to other historic sites. The apartment was spacious with quality furniture and the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. Stefano is a very accomodating host and we had a lovely check in with his sister Raffaela. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location. Within walking distance of many sites, shops and restaurants. Unit was well appointed. Great to have someone there to greet you and show you all the amenities. Took subway from train station, as suggested, but can also get there by taxi. Three adults works, but just a little crowded. Would stay there again.
