The location was fantastic and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We unfortunately lost power during the middle of our final night, but that wasn't the fault of the host. Everything else was great!

This is a lovely place to stay in Rome! It was a great location, host is super sweet, and ac is perfect! We had a great time in Rome and it was so nice to be able to wash what needed to be washed and have access to two bathrooms!

The apartment is amazing. Perfect location, beautifully decorated and redone. It has everything you can possibly need, especially convenient having two great bathrooms and a washing machine. What makes it all even better is Francesca as a host. She made our trip. Between setting up pickup and drop off, to all her amazing recommendations on where to est and what to see, she made our trip magical! Thank you again, will definitely stay when we go back.

4 Days in Rome!!!

We had an amazing stay in our apartment in Rome! The location is unbeatable—right next to the Trevi Fountain, which made exploring the city so easy and exciting. The host was excellent, super helpful, and made us feel right at home. Rome itself was incredible, and this place was the perfect base to experience it all. Highly recommend!

Perfectly lovely near Trevi Fountain

This is a modern clean very comfortable apartment in a splendid location - within walking distance to Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Pantheon and many many other marvelous wonders. Excellent easy check-in. Yes it is true that you have to keep the windows closed most of the time because the little street it's on is very busy / a bit noisy - but if you want to be close to many sights and restaurants, it's ideal.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Rome

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful apartment. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better in person, and was very spacious for our family of four. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. Communication with Francesca and Cecilia was fantastic. They were both quick to respond and very helpful. Check-in was smooth, Cecilia welcomed us in person and explained everything clearly.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Francesca responded immediately. She ordered cars for us. And accommodated our early check-in. The place itself was spotless, the beds comfortable and we had everything we needed in an excellent location. We highly recommend this place.

Heart of the hustle and bustle

A wonderful apartment right in the heart of it all. Lucky to be a few steps from the fountain and short walks to the coliseum or the Borghese. Spacious, clean, and convenient. Hosts were friendly and prompt. Sad to leave but excited to return again.

Spacious and clean Trevi apartment

Apartment is exactly as described and pictured. Great location close to Trevi fountain. It was a comfortable place to return to after busy days in Rome. Would highly recommend. It is on a lively street but we liked that- and street noise was never a problem.

Nice apt in the thick of the action near Trevi Fountain

Although the apt is steps from Trevi and the street outside is very busy and noisy, once you walk inside the apt with windows closed, you literally can hear nothing, it is like an oasis from the action outside...complete sound proof.

Beautiful clean apartment in Rome, close to the major historical sites. Francesca arranged for a taxi to and from the airport. Francesca was very responsive whenever we had a question. We enjoyed our stay and would stay with her again. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location

Stayed 3 nights with family in this apartment. Apartment is clean comes with 2 bathrooms. A/C works great and beds(including sofa) are comfortable. It's close to Trevi and lots of restaurants in the street. Our host Francesca is very responsive and helpful during check-in/check-out. She even arranged taxi to Termini station early morning on the checkout day . I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful property in the heart of Rome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. We were able to walk to every attraction, including Vatican City. The location can’t be matched! The apartment was super clean and comfortable with excellent air-conditioning and laundry facilities. The sound proofing is great as well and we did not hear anything from the busy street below. We would encourage stocking up on a couple more toiletry items (such as moisturizer and shampoo/ conditioner). We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Rome!

Lovely flat

The apartment was clean, welcoming, and well-appointed. It was a wonderful oasis in the midst of the bustling Trevi Fountain area. Communication with Francesca was perfect. She reached out to us before our arrival and was quickly responsive if we neeeded her.. We appreciated her help with transportation from airport. Highly recommend.

Centrally Trevi Apartment

This is a 5 star property centrally located right by the Trevi fountain. All new everything! A/C works great! New bed, pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen! Washer/ iron/ drying rack. Management was fantastic! Recommended places to eat were great!! 2 bathrooms new towels, and an elevator!!!Thank you Francesca for taking great care of us!!

Nice Stay !

My husband and I were traveling with our extended family for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We started our 3 week trip in Rome with 11 and ended our trip in this lovely apartment with just the two of us! The apartment has been beautifully remodeled. We loved that we each had our own bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Francesca was wonderful to work with. She arranged a driver to and from the airport for us. Her communication was outstanding. Great location!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and Francesca was very responsive including arranging for a driver to pick us up at the airport and one back to the airport at 7 AM the morning we left. As others have indicated, it is a very busy street with a lot of noise, but the windows are very well insulated to dampen the sound. We did use our phone for white noise to sleep and that worked extremely well. You can walk to just about every major attraction from the apartment and that is exactly what we did during our stay. We can definitely recommend staying at Francesca’s apartment!

Fantastic Newly Renovated Place

The place was gorgeous. Lovely spacious living room and 2 brand new bathrooms with lots of hot shower water after a chilly day of walking. All the amenities like fully stocked kitchen and large tv and lovely extra blankets were new. We appreciated the additional heat from the mini splits to take off the chill in February plus there is extra radiator heat. There is a tiny loft but we mostly walked up. It’s a busy touristy street but still very quiet rooms for sleeping. Loved it !!
