Upon arrival we were greeted and were told how to enter building the inner door and door to our apt. The elevator was good for our luggage to travel 1 flight up. Everything was clean and modern.

The location of this apartment is great! We were able to walk to many of the sights. We had a great time here with our kids. The use of AC one night was very helpful as the temperature rose during the day. The host was very helpful and available if we had any questions. Great stay!

Wonderful Stay in Rome

My family and I had a great time in Rome. The apartment was very clean and in a very convenient location to get to all the sites. There are a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Vicky was the best. She met us at check in and was so helpful with providing an abundance of information and tips for getting around the city. Very easy to get in contact for questions. We would stay there again on a return trip!

Very good location. AC was plenty strong for the summer (we were there during a streak 100 degree weather). Plenty of space for a family of 4. Helpful property manager who checked in on us regularly. Nearby grocery store and breakfast cafe and farmacia.

Perfect for us!

This place was perfect for our family of 5! Great location and the metro was across the street. Enza was such a awesome host and amazing source of communication. She answered all of our questions from the time we booked until we got left the states. Check in could not have gone any smoother thanks to Vicky! She also was amazing. Very communicative and attentive host. Easy check in to meet and show us around. Very clean. A broken hairdryer got replaced immediately. Host very helpful with information and transportation tips. Overall, very nice stay, central location right next to taxi, bus, metro train station. Air conditioning was very much appreciated with 35 degree temps during the day.

Perfect location in the heart of Roma

The flat was spacious and immaculate. It was the perfect location to go around Rome. Very near all the historical sites. The Metro was literally just outside with Termini being 2 stops away. We felt completely safe in the building and the area. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were nice and modern. Clothes washer and dishwasher were a big plus. You can find all the amenities you need for a home away from home! Enza and Property manager Vicky were lovely and professional. They answered all our queries in a timely manner and made our stay enjoyable and seamless!

Roman all over

A clean, modest well equipped appartment, but the jewel in this listing is the location, it’s sensational. Metro, bus and taxis literally right out the front and only 100 meters from well stocked mini market. Only 10-20 minutes walk from all the major tourist attractions and restaurants like Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, you can easily immerse yourself into the historic beauty of Rome and just as easily extract yourself for a rest when the thronging crowds get too much. The host is thoughtful, helpful considerate and attentive, consistently checking that all is going well and that your needs are met. Up there as one of the best hosts I’ve had in my many property rentals.

Great location! Metro, bus, and taxi are right outside. Small grocery store just is a 3 min walk. Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps are within a 10 min walk. Place was very clean and spacious for a family of four. Great communication! Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only thing I would mention is that the shower in the Master bedroom is a bit on the small side. It was fine for us as we are on the smaller side, but a larger person may feel it is a bit tight. We would definitely stay here again as the location made getting around Rome very convenient.

Perfect location

First of all, Vicky was so nice to text me constantly to make sure we were getting the correct prices for a taxi and to find the apartment with no problems. Then Margot met us at the location. We arrived in the morning and they let us check in early. Margot was thoroughly entertaining and polite! We could have talked for hours. Great check in process. It is exactly as it’s pictured. My teenage daughters were very comfortable. We used the trains. Barberini was outside the main entry. We did not have any noise problems and felt very comfortable and safe. A short walk to many local treasures. I definitely recommend this apartment to stay at.

Very clean, updated, professionally run apartment in central location

This apartment is a great alternative to a hotel. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped and renovated. Bathrooms are fine. Air conditioning works well. There is no view from any of the windows. You can’t pull up a car directly in front of the building. You must stop about 15-20 feet before. Once inside, there are about 4-5 stairs before you reach an elevator which takes you up to the 2nd floor. The location is great. We walked about 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain is very close as well. The hosts are very professional and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment and owner

My husband and I spent 5 nights in Rome. The property location was perfect. The apartment itself was clean, modern and nicely decorated. It was consistent with the photos, it is just off a busy piazza but the apartment is completely quiet. The owners provided an excellent and thorough guide for the apartment, restaurants in various neighborhoods and at sites, transportation information and so on. Vicky and Iryna responded to questions very quickly and were right on time for check in. We very much felt like the owners were invested in making sure we would have a great time in Rome. We would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family. Sharon P.S. There is a lovely restaurant we would highly recommend located behind the Colosseum called La Taverna Dei Quaranta, 24 via Claudia. The food was delicious and much better and less expensive than many of the restaurants closer to the sites.

Perfect vacation home May 2023

Our family of four, including two adult children stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. Location was great for walking to most sites. We took Uber and taxi for Vatican and train station but both were walkable. While the area is a bit busy, it is much less crowded than other popular tourist areas Vicky was very accommodating with our arrival and extremely helpful. The apartment was a bit warm (though we are from a colder climate so others may not feel the same) and the AC doesn’t get turned on until June. It helped to open the windows in the early am before it got hot, keep the shades closed during the day and let some air in before bed. Would definitely select this apartment again if we come back to Rome. Thank you Enza & Vicky!

We are an Italian-Spanish couple with 2 children: a girl of one year old and a boy of 3 years old. We met in London in 2001 and lived there for a couple of years. We work for the pharmaceutical industry in Madrid and we come to Rome very often to see the Italian family.

Why they chose this property

Having a house in the heart of Rome was one of our dreams. However, as we only come here on holidays, we can rent it to tourists the rest of the days that is empty. It helps us to pay our mortage.

What makes this property unique

The first unique benefit is the location. Located in the heart of ancient Rome and walking distance to everywhere - traffic is very chaotic in Rome so avoiding cars and parking was a must. Also you can easily move with the metro and the train anywhere you need.
The second unique benefit is the way the apartment is: cozy, lovely and charming.
