The apartment is located at the top of Spanish steps in a charming middle '800 building and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one completely independent over a mezzanine with its own bathroom (with shower) downstairs. The second in the mezzanine over the sitting room. In the sitting room there is a big sofa bed for 2 people. There is a second large bathroom and a completely furnished kitchen (dish washer, oven, washing machine). The apartment has autonomous heating, free WiFi, tv.
Metro station "Spagna" is 2 min walking and taxi station is just at the building entrance.
You will find in the best Roma area where you can easily reach all most famous monuments, museum. This area is very famous for the nice shop and elegant firm (valentino, Prada, etc.)

This was a nice, roomy place- it was really nice having two bathrooms between the four of us. Kitchen was decent, AC was great, location is awesome. Very quiet and secure... we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great location but curtains need repair, more bed pillows are needed (one per person isn’t enough) more blankets are needed that are laundered and the place needs to be cleaned out. Black mold on the tiles in green/ yellow bath. A/C works well after we cleaned the filter upstairs. Easy fixes.

The location was amazing, right next door to the Spanish Steps. It was a great location and we walked everywhere. The host was accessible, the place was comfortable for my family and overall great!

Perfect!

We couldn’t have lucked out more. This place was perfect for our stay and exactly advertised. The location was great, close to everything you might need, walkable to almost everything else.Eugenia as a great host. Very clear check in and check out instructions. It was easy to get a hold of the host and even when we had a small issue that were very helpful in fixing it. We hope to come back and stay again!

Great location with access to all of Rome by foot.

We took the streets and were able to travel by foot to all of the locations we were looking for including shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. The wifi was quite fast and could be used to check on work and keep in touch with friends at home.

Amazing place, amazing location

We had a fabulous stay at Eugenie’s apartment in Rome. The location is incredible and the apartment was roomy, clean and very Italian. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed every bite. Highly recommend!

Five star location and experience

Centrally located for our interests. Very upscale yet comfortable. Literally steps away from wonderful restaurants and cafes. Taxi stand right at the corner.

Perfect!

Beautiful apartment in a magic location, right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Perfect for us and our 4 young children. Communication with Eugenia could not have been better.

Location, Location, Location

Amazing location, Tom Cruise stayed at the Hassler next door during our stay. Clean and gave our teen perfect privacy with the screens. Stairs are a little tricky in the night when you have to go to the bathroom but got used to it quick.

We had a fantastic stay at Campo Marzio. Eugenia was very welcoming, responsive to our messages, and accommodating when we inquired about extending our stay. The location cannot be beat- it is literally at the top of the Spanish Steps in the heart of the center of Rome. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Since we we came to the apartment after a week of other travel, it was fantastic that we were able to do laundry. Given the weather in Rome in August, the air conditioning was also a big bonus.My only small note is that the list indicated that parking was available. Given the location of the property I knew the parking would not be on-site, so I expected to have to walk to wherever we parked the car. However, it was not clear that the parking would be through a third party garage and no rates were shared ahead of time. Luckily, while the parking was expensive, it was an easy, 15-minute walk from the apartment and allowed unlimited entry and exit.It's true that most people would probably not even need a car-- the apartment is right on the Piazza di Spagna train stop. However, we were also visiting family in various locations throughout the trip and needed a car to reach them. Being more clear about the parking options would be helpful.

It was just OK

There nothing glaringly wrong here. One negative was that the key to the apartment entrance door didn’t work. We were able to use the key pad however. Our main impression here was lack of attention to detail. Little things make a difference. Like no dish towel or even paper towels in the kitchen. A bucket with cleaning supplies left on the balcony. Left over items probably from previous renters have used we’re not cleaned out of the apartment. One set of towels for a five day stay was definitely not sufficient although I will say when I contacted the property manager, she did supply another set for us. All in all the apartment was OK but just OK. It was a three star experience but not a five-star experience.

Campo Marzio was in a great location, right next to the Spanish steps. There is a queen-size bed in an upstairs bedroom, two twin beds in the loft, and two full bathrooms on the main floor. All bedrooms are up some stairs, there are no bedrooms on the main level. There are two love seat sized sofas (that do not pull out) on the main floor. This was a good fit for our family of 4. While it is a little dated, everything was in working order, clean, and comfortable. There is a small kitchen, washing machine, iron, and hair dryer. Euginia was very responsive and easy to work with. She helped us get transfers from the airport and gave us some great restaurant suggestions. Directions to enter the location were easy and there is a small elevator for luggage. It was difficult for me to see the numbers on the keypad to open the lockbox, as it is dark in the hallway and the numbers are very light. There was only 1 set of keys, it would have been nice to have two sets as we split up at times while touring.

The Best Location!

This place was spectacular. The light and roominess of the place was perfect for 5. The A/C’s worked so well on the hot days. It is literally, the closest apartment to the Spanish Steps. So perfect and there was an elevator down to the metro so we didn’t always have to take the steps. I don’t think you could do better in Rome. I highly recommend this place!!!

Quaint

We really loved this adorable apartment. We were literally about 20 steps away from the top of the Spanish steps. There is a taxi stand outside the door and another in the piazza below and a train station on other side of the Spanish steps. We were concerned by the wording of the listing with some of the subtitles beneath the pictures, but to be clear…. There is a queen bed in a separate bedroom, 2 twin beds (twin with trundle) in the living area loft and pull out couch in the living area. We were a family of 5 with 3 young adults 18,21,23. The beds were all made up and ready for us when we arrived so we didn’t have to set up the extra twin nor the sofa bed. Arrival instructions are very thorough and seem overwhelming when you receive them, but quite easy to follow. One of the bathrooms is small, but efficient and the other is a very large bathroom with the cutest little wash machine. If you plan to do laundry, know that this is a tiny wash machine. It works great, but I had to go get more detergent bc I only brought enough pods for big loads. I say this so you can plan accordingly for your needs. Also, there is enough body wash/soap for 1-2 days, but if you plan to stay longer bring your own so that you will have enough. We easily bought both when we needed it. We loved stepping out of our giant front door each day to explore the city. The windows did a great job of blocking the noise and were wonderful to open up and let the fresh air in. Would def stay again!!
