Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome

Our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
On request it is possible to arrange the return transfer to the airport (not included in the price).

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

It was the most romantic setting that I have ever been in will definitely be staying there again. There is an entertainment system, subtle lighting throughout, it is down the street really epic landmarks

Great rental for Rome.

We had an amazing stay. The pictures shown are exactly what you find when you get there. Great walking distance to most of the sight-seeing areas. Plenty of resturants close by!!

Great location and comfortable apartment

This location just near the Spanish Stairs and a walk from other sights was excellent. The decor is quite intense and we enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and solicitous host.

Joey was very helpful with the check in and the luggage. He was also there for our check out and again to help us with our luggage. The apartment was very beautiful and clean. The location was great. We were able to walk most places. It’s on the fourth floor. Just for your information, the apartment is on the third or fourth floor, and there is no elevator service.

Totally a great place, close to attractions, restaurants, etc…. Host was attentive and accommodating to our needs! If booking, take advantage of their transport offer, it really helped us getting from airport to place and to port! Totally recommend this booking!

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment was perfect. The location was perfect. You were a short walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. The area was safe and clean with no concerns. We loved how the apartment was modern with wood beam ceilings built in the late 1700s. We loved everything about it. Joey was a great host and held our luggage the last day so we can have lunch before our trip to Positano. You will be very happy with this choice.

Absolute home run

I found this rental and booked immediately. I loved the avant- guard styling that seemed to very Roman. The apartment is spotlessly clean and air conditioned well. The bathroom was large and glamorous. We appreciated the fridge for leftovers and the two bedrooms were generous and comfortable. The location is great - just a block from the metro and the Spanish steps. I feel like this was a real treasure. Plus it is priced excellently. We were welcomed to the apartment and our bags were taken up the flights of stairs for us. Super nice and appreciated. If you can handle a walk up apartment- this one is a home run!

Golden paradise

This is a stunning apartment. It was very well decorated for maximum impact. It was an absolutely beautiful apartment to rest and recover from busy days in Rome! The location was perfect and Joey was very responsive to every question that we had!

We Loved this Apartment, we stayed for 4 nights and it was nice and quiet. The neighbourhood was safe, we loved the location with the spanish steps so close. We appreciated the fresh water on the fridge and the prosecco 💖 Toiletterie and cleaning was provided. Would have been nice to have a more comfortable sofá bed, not suitable for an adult, but my kid was comfortable so it was ok! Just so you know, there are three set of stairs, because its on the 3rd floor, and the elevador wasnt working, but The host helped with our bags in the check in and check out. Remarcable service, thank you Joey! Also we ate a lot of pasta so we were happy with our daily stairs excercise.

Lovely Apartment with Great Location

We were very impressed with this apartment. The owners have given a lot of thought to the decor. The location is perfect. Very close the Spanish Steps and walkable to all other sights. Joey made the check in process very easy and helped with our heavy bags. He also very kindly arranged a private car to bring us to the airport, which was much nicer than trying to arrange our own taxi. Would definitely stay here again!

Spanish Step area “Golden Home”

Just the best place I’ve ever stayed. On business trips, I stayed at The Hassler Hotel. But the rooms are now $2000 there. This designer furnished apartment was in the same area that I love. Joey arranged an airport pick up, met us at the property, stored our bags prior to check in and check out, stayed in touch daily, and spoke perfect English.

Just as pictured

The place was nice for our family to stay in for a few days to explore Rome. Close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and took taxis to the Vatican and Coliseum. Beware our taxi rates were all over the place one way to the Vatican was $15 and the way back was $45, it may depend on how busy the time is. Overall the place was great, as mentioned no lift but they helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure. We couldn't figure out the AC in the main room but the bedroom ACs worked great.

Rome Stay with Family of 5

We took a short Uber ride to this apartment and were met promptly by Joey. He gave us a tour of the apartment, map of the surrounding area, and procedure for check out. He checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment is spacious with good A/C, small kitchenette. We would have enjoyed having coffee and sugar/milk/cream supplied for the morning but there are a couple cafes just a few steps away. All 5 of us had sleeping space. The apartment is conveniently located. We walked everywhere except the Vatican which required a short Uber drive. This property is 4 fights up so not good for people with walking difficulties. Joey did help with our luggage upon arrival which was nice. I would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future should we return to Rome.

Overall impression was good but was marred by the lack of a lift. Having to climb 3 flights of stairs is not suitable for families, elderly people or people with disabilitites. The lack of a lift should be made clear when booking the accomodation. We were only notified there was no lift when we received the check in instructions

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Joey made check-in very easy and he checked in to be sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was beautifully appointed, very clean and had everything we needed with plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to have a large bathroom with double sinks as well!! Our only warning is that the location is up a slight hill and it's a walk-up so just be prepared for that. But it's so close to the Trevi Fountain and the area is very safe so all was just great!!

Joey met us upon arrival. He was very helpful with the luggage. Weve been touring for a month and had alot. Those stairs are rough, but the room was amazing . Exactly as pictured. Close enough to walk to major attractions. My wife was so happy and impressed. Overall would definitely book again. If you are handicap or elderly it may be a bit problematic with the stairs. Also could not find an iron in the room. I texted Joey and he had one there in minutes!!! Thank you so much Joey! Amazing stay!!!
