Very welcoming and easy to communicate. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Marta was helpful in arranging rides to the airport for us - really helped make for a perfect visit.
This studio apartment is beautifully done. It has all the amenities in a very efficient use of the space. The location is very interesting. The market during the day is very lively but it gets quiet after 5 PM. We liked everything about this property and location. Great way to emerge into Rome.
Our arrival was earlier than the 3 pm check-in and Marta, our host, was very pleasant and helpful in accommodating us with an early entry. She gave us a briefing of the amenities in the apartment and surrounding area. Marta also arranged for our transportation to the airport at a very reasonable cost. The well maintained building is quite old so it doesn’t have a lift. Be prepared to climb 39 steps in a narrow stairwell which can be a challenge if you have a large, heavy suitcase. The clean apartment is roomy, with a modern well equipped kitchen, adequate bathroom, and quiet A/C. During the day, the square/piazza just outside your door is full of vendors in an open market selling everything from clothes and souvenirs to meats, cheeses, and produce. In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants. There is a supermarket steps away along with a variety of shops along the adjoining streets. It can get very loud and noisy in the piazza, but the well insulated windows, when closed, muffles out most of the sound. This is a great locale if you enjoy this kind of activity. We chose to stay here to be a part of this experience but more so for the location as it is equal walking distance to all major attractions for the most part.
This propery was in the perfect location and my wife and I enjoyed being in the heart of Rome and walking everywhere. Would stay here again if we ever return.
Great property located right on the Campo de’ Fiori. Clean, comfortable, and a great location to get out and about to see the sights. Numerous quality restaurants within easy walking distance. Marta was great to work with and even arranged transportation from the airport to the door and again from the door to the cruise port. Definitely helped make our three days in Rome memorable.
We had a fantastic time at this apartment. It's location was great and Marta was very responsive and made sure we had a great time. If we get to go back to Rome we would like to stay there again!!!!
Nice and clean property, pictures are accurate, location is central. Marta met us at the property and was very easy to communicate with before and during the check in process.
This apartment was beautiful, pristine and directly on the square, but still quiet and extremely comfortable. We were able to walk to many great Roman sites and restaurants and there was a nearby taxi stand for further excursions. We would definitely book the beautiful place again.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Marta was easy to reach and the check in process was very smooth. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. The location was also amazing - close to everything!
Right at the campo di Fiori Downstairs is a daily open air market and the hustle and bustle of the city At night the restaurants available just a few steps away are endless
2nd visit in 2 years. Marta is an excellent host and communicator.
Arranged efficient and friendly transportation.
Stayed in touch and was very helpful.
This apartment was amazing. It was just the right size for the two of us. We enjoyed that the inside was very modern and up to date. The fact that it is right next door to the gelato place, well, that was just a perk. When we arrived the windows were open and we could hear the hustle and bustle of the market and the Piazza. LOVE LOVE LOVE that. But how would we ever sleep? Well, once we closed the windows, it was silent! We slept like babies. This apartment is in the perfect location - a 15-20 min walk to EVERYTHING! Perfecto!! 10 out of 10!
Wonderful apartment and location. Watch the stairs.
Modern renovation, clever kitchen arrangement, in center of famous area of the city near Piazza Farnese and less than 500 meters from other tourist hot spots. Apt is quiet because of excellent windows and and a/c works well. It is in a sixteenth century structure so stairs are a bit tricky especially for a dynamic -- though mobile -- geriatric. Another recommendation -- maybe I missed it, but it would be useful to have a bible for the apartment. I got the very modern stove to work by trial and error that might mention location of several supermarkets.
I’m at my daughter who had been studying abroad for the semester in Italy for a week in Rome. We found this apartment to be absolutely charming, perfectly located and ideal in every way! We loved the market that was open every day right outside our windows, and then how they transformed it so quickly in the evening to a place to go out and have so many people gathered together. The windows are extremely thick and when you shut the window windows and the shutters, you aren’t really bothered by any of the noise outside! The unit was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. And it was sent to everywhere we needed to go in Rome. We walked to all of the major places and really only took the bus once! Would absolutely stay here again. Communication was wonderful and very easy to work with!
The apartment is beautifully refurbished and situated in prime location, though its not a 1 bedroom + living but a studio double bed+ Sofa. design very clean and minimalistic / no place to hang a towel or put your toothbrush in the bathroom, but the worse was having to wait more than 30 minutes in 35 degrees for the lady of the agency to bring the key although informing her when we left the airport. Im not sure we will use it again
Our recent stay in Rome was fabulous. The location of the apartment is awesome. The daily market in Campo de' Fiori is very unique as it's a bustling market during the day and a quiet piazza at night. Marta was great with providing information before arrival and arranging a driver from the airport to the apartment and then from the apartment to the train station on departure. Elena was a joy to work with when checking in and provided us with great information to let us know about the location and what it had to offer. Tis was a four day stay to start our two week Italian vacation and I couldn't be more happy with our experience. The only note I will add (and it's not a negative for the property owners), but it is located on the second floor with no elevator. So people with accessibility or mobility issues, it might not be good for you. Other than that, absolutely awesome! Thanks Charme Holidays! We will be referring you to others and booking with you when we return to Italy!
