Beautiful appartment in the city center, a few steps from Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona. Restaurants, Bars, Shops just around the corner. Major sights can be reached within 30'. We had a perfect stay.
Spacious, clean apartment, well-situated in Rome. The wi-fi network was not available and it appeared the broadband to the apartment was not working or had been disconnected. We were promptly given a hotspot, however, that allowed us internet access. Lots of steps, but there is a lift.
This apartment is in the perfect location. We walked every where from here, the Vatican, Museo Borghese, Colosseum, Testaccio, Trastevere. The best feature of this apartment was the walk-in closet, we stayed for 10 days and it was such a pleasure to be able to unpack and spread out. Most apartments we looked at only had a wardrobe. It is neat, functional and quiet. Many great restaurants nearby. The only negative is if you want english tv to get some news we were only able to find Italian stations. We were to tired every night to care that much but it might matter to someone else. The bed was on the hard side but we found it comfortable. All in all, the things that matter most make this apartment a great choice

Dear Lorraine, thank you so much for staying with us.
We are glad to know that you appreciated the location and the comfort of the apartment, we hope to exceed your expectations again. Regards
Our home away from home in Rome. Stayed 9 nights in November. Very comfortable accommodations. Perfect location. Highly responsive and helpful communications with the owner, including arranging airport transfers for us which worked very well. Highly recommended. Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to others. Thank you!
This is a great property in a prime location. It's within a short walking distance of many restaurants, markets, and shops. It's also an easy walk to the majority of the famous locations in the historic center of Rome. The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and perfectly suited our needs while in Rome. The property manager was very professional and accommodating, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We would stay at this location again without hesitation.
Need more information at check in . Shower needs a shelf for products and a seat. Plenty of room for both. Great location to taxi, grocery store, RX, restaurant etc..
We really enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to everything! We are very glad we stayed at this location. Also, the communication with checkin was outstanding.
Great location, close to Campo dei Fiori. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The large walk-in closet is a bonus.
The only criticism is the bed, and important element in a comfortable stay. The mattress on the bed is a very inexpensive one - when you run your hand across it, you can feel the springs. Given that this is a fairly expensive apartment, I would expect better. We've stayed in many VRBO apartments as we do a lot of traveling. This was the worst mattress we have encountered to date.

Dear Bill,
thank you so much for staying with us. We are really sorry if for you the bed was uncomfortable, unfortunately, it is a subjective comfort and it is not the same for everybody. We are glad that you enjoyed the location and the atmosphere of the apartment.
We hope to welcome you again. Kind regards

Perfect location
This apartment was centrally located to easily get to all the sights, and we walked everywhere. There were lots of excellent restaurants nearby, as well, but the unit itself is on a very quiet street. The apartment was simple but clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, there was a large closet, and the A/C was a plus. The only thing we were wanting was an American-style coffee maker and a clothes-dryer, but neither posed a real problem. The rental company was helpful when we needed taxis and printing.

Quiet, clean, cozy
I just got back from staying at the Grotta Pinta 9 apartment with my boyfriend for about a week, and we absolutely loved it. It is a perfect little apartment for one or two people. I myself grew up in Rome, so I can attest to the fact that this is in a great neighborhood and is an authentic Roman apartment (the wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floor is a must when you are in Rome!). However, it also has the benefit of having been recently refurbished so everything is in working order (unlike in some of the less modern apartments in Rome) and it is on a quiet side street so you don't hear any motorini, cars, or loud drunk people at nighttime. That's unusual in Rome. It was blissfully silent, apart from hearing neighbors in the stairwell on occasion (but that's somewhat unavoidable in my opinion). The air conditioning was working, the unit was clean, the washing machine was great, and there is a big walk-in closet which was very convenient. My boyfriend was pleased with how many little needs were considered and added to our stay: a converter, a hairdryer, a drying rack for washing clothes (dryers are not common in Rome), cooking utensils. There is a beautiful view of a church from the windows, and the apartment is within walking distance of half a dozen grocery stores, excellent restaurants and bars (cafes), and Roscioli--the best bakery you can find in Rome!!! Upon our departure, a taxi was there waiting for us to take us to the airport, and gave us an honest price (to Fiumicino it should be 48 euros). The only negative thing we can report about our stay, is the fact that mattress was rock hard. I personally like a firm mattress, but this was so hard that it made sleeping at night very uncomfortable for both of us. We had to sleep on top of the blanket just to soften it up a little bit for us. The bed also squeaked with every toss and turn unfortunately. The apartment is truly near perfect, and I think that if the bed situation can be remedied, it would be a place I returned to time and time again.

Wonderful, sunny apartment in the heart of Rome
The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The tiny elevator was a god send since we would have had to carry heavy bags up endless steps. The air conditioner worked perfectly as well as the washer. There is no dryer but we were able to dry clothes on a large wire drying rack. I would stay here again!

Great location and excellent apartment
The photos of the apartment were very accurate but probably did not show how big it was.It was very spacious, new kitchen and bathroom.
There are a few steps up to the elevator but fortunately there was an elevator. The location was perfect with the market two minutes away. Also we could walk to the Vatican,Spanish Steps etc without any problem. The only bus we took was to the Coliseum which was very easy.
We picked up the keys at a baggage storage place across the lane, which seemed odd at first, but was very convenient. They also arranged for a car to take us to the airport at 4:30 am which was more than appreciated.
We would stay there again.
