Delicious penthouse with terrace in villa near the sea between Rome and Naples
“Casa Azzurra”, our cheerful and very nice apartment, located on the second floor of our elegant family villa with garden, is composed of a living room with dining corner and kitchen corner, a double bedroom with sofa bed, a twin / double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a splendid 100 sqm terrace surrounded by the foliage of pine trees and a spectacular bougainvillea pergola with dining area, barbecue and solarium where you can enjoy the refreshment and tranquility on hot summer days. The recently renovated penthouse is very well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The house, very well served by public transport, is located in a residential area, only 100 m. from the sea with possibility of equipped beach, 150 m. and free at 500mt. The children's playground and the famous athletics school (CONI) with its tennis club and all kinds of shops are also very close. At 1 km the historical and commercial center of the city, the railway station, the port from which ferries and hydrofoils leave for the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. The magnificent beaches of Gaeta and Sperlonga are very close. Possibility to practice all sports: sailing, wind-surfing, diving, climbing, horseback riding and much more.
