This was a lovely clean and luxurious stay for us. The kitchen was very well appointed and the amenities in the bathroom had me looking online to find them to order for when I got home. The area brought beautiful amazing sunrise walks and very friendly people. We would definitely stay again. The host went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our stay. Distance to local adventures and sights was perfectly convenient.

This is a delightful and impeccably clean carriage house conveniently located right across from the beach. The rooms were exactly as they appeared in the photos. The host Dawn was quick to respond to a few questions we had. It was an ideal location for our short trip to New London.

The location was even better than expected, plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The host was very efficient and answered any questions promptly. The space was clean and had everything needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location for exploring south east Connecticut’s shoreline. Mystic and Niantic are always great places to explore. And if the weather doesn’t cooperate, there’s plenty to do at Foxwoods.

My boyfriend and I came out from CO and had the best time at the Carriage House. We wanted a cozy place to relax and hang on the beach prior to a wedding we were attending in RI that following Saturday. Our host Dawn was so accommodating. It was perfect. The spot was spacious, peaceful, extremely clean, and anything you might need is there. We will be back next Summer!

This carriage house is immaculate. Dawn (the host) has brought all of her talents at creating a well organized, peaceful home to this property. Everything is well considered, from the super plush towels and linens, to the tasteful decor, and even the superb French press coffee. Top shelf all the way. The private beach is gravy— so serene and tres New England. You will feel smarter, cleaner, and more distinguished after a visit. Highest recommendation.

The location was very convenient and very enjoyable to walk to private clean beach and local restaurants. The Carriage House was fully stocked with all necessaries, comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Enjoyed our stay in New London and visiting surrounding little towns.

Beautiful place and one of the best places on Vrbo we have stayed at and we have stayed at many over the years. Wonderful retreat for those visiting USCGA. Every detail thought thru from the coziness of the design and furnishing. Comfortabe king bed to the well stocked watering in the refrigerator and snacks to even the soaps The host was amazing. Our daughter graduates from USCGA this may we wish we would have found this home away from home 4 years ago. Highly recommend this beautiful home away from home. Thank you.
