Summer Down got a makeover in 2022 and it's ready for your beach vibes! Our Bald Head Island gem now flaunts new flooring, modern lighting, and comfy furniture. Enjoy three 65-inch smart TVs, chic bathrooms, and fab coastal decor. The villa is a short stroll from the beach and Bald Head Island Club. With three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a super outdoor space, it's perfect for your family. The master has a king bed, the guest has a queen, and the third bedroom rocks two sets of bunk beds. We've got a pack n play, crock pot, 4 beach chairs, two golf carts for island cruising, an electric grill, and both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Come experience our slice of paradise!

Wonderful and easy!

Great location - especially with young children as it's so close to the BHI Club/pool and beach! The decor and set up at the house were adorable and perfect for our family. We definitely recommend Summer Down!

BHI delivers again

Great week of weather and low crowds. Villa had everything we needed. Clean, well furnished, great location, and the golf carts were in excellent shape. South beach access was less than a minute by cart and South Beach was virtually empty the whole week. Would stay here again.

Nice location but…

Listing states freshly painted. The place is in need of a major Paint job, walls are beat up. Also couch and comforters have stains. Location is good.

The home was painted in 2022 and underwent a large renovation in the home along with new furniture. We will take a look at these items and assess and work on any items in the off season. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and hope you can revisit.
