Rustic house with completely private pool and four bedrooms. Typical village style carefully renovated with wooden beamed ceilings and mud tile floors. Bright and fresh in summer.
It consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, each with a wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. The second floor also consists of a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds with ceiling fans, closets and a bathroom with a bathtub / shower. On the second floor we have a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges. oven, microwave, washing machine and beautiful brick decoration. Dining area with table for 8 people and living area with sofas and fireplace. Terrace with barbecue, with chairs and terrace table and views of the pool and the valley.
Completely private pool (3.5 * 5.5m), with sun loungers and table.
Cealing fans in every bedroom and livingroom.
Albuñuelas is only 30min from Granada capital, 35min from the coast. Enjoy the tranquility of southern Spain and the refreshing smell of orange blossom. The pool will be available in the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates).

La casa está muy bien, muy tranquila la zona y la piscina privada está genial. El pueblo es un poco difícil de acceder y las calles son muy difíciles para pasar con el coche. No recomendado para nadie con problemas de movilidad. Pero si podéis subir y bajar cuestas merece mucho la pena. Buenas vistas a las montañas.

La casa es exactamente como muestran las fotos. Está cuidada y limpia. Se encuentra en la parte más baja del pueblo, por lo que las calles son bastante empinadas, de callejuelas estrechas y casitas pequeñas. Desde una de las terrazas de la casa se ve un lateral del valle y tiene buenas vistas. Sería ideal que en la cocina hubiera aire acondicionado, ya que en verano es bastante calurosa. En general tuvimos una estancia agradable y el pueblo es muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar.
