Living-dining room with pellet cooker, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.The best of the house is the outside area with swimming pool and magnificent views from the terrace where you can enjoy with family and friends.
Tranquillity and nature surround this house, and close to all amenities (bars, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.) Tropical coast at only 30min and Granada at 35min. Ski resort of Sierra Nevada at 50min.
