The space
A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property overlooking the historic town of Almuñécar on the sunny Costa Tropical.

This private villa is arranged over two floors, both having their own private entrance but always rented as one unit.

The top floor features a large open-plan living room with comfy sofas and TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, & coffee maker. There's all the essential pots, pans & tablewear to cook and enjoy lovely meals around the dining table.

The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, the second bedroom is a double. There is ample wardrobe space.

The family bathroom has W.C, sink and walk-in shower.

The ground floor apartment has it's own private entrance and also features a lovely open-plan living room with stunning views. There is a kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a breakfast table for 2 which can also be used as a desk.

There is a kingsized bed and a wardrobe. The en-suite has a WC, Sink and contemporary walk-in shower.

Outside there are various seating and relaxation areas. There's a shaded dining area, two additional seating areas, the pool terrace with sun loungers and a hammock. At the rear of the property are the terraced gardens.

In addition to the wonderful sea and mountain views, you'll get to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Some days you can even see Africa!

The final jewel in the crown is the private swimming pool. You are not overlooked.

The villa has reliable, fast Wifi and Air-Conditioning in the ground floor apartment and the living room of the main house.

About the Area

The villa is located on a peaceful hillside over-looking Almuñécar and the Mediterranean Sea.

The area is popular with foodies, para-gliders, cyclists, hikers and water sports enthusiasts.

The Costa Tropical enjoys a great all year round climate and the surrounding hills are planted with tropical fruit trees including avocado, mango, figs, Almonds & olives.

Almuñécar has a number of large supermarkets, bakers, butchers, fishmongers and markets. There's a wide range of fabulous restaurants and of course 19km of beaches and coves to explore.

For diving enthusiasts there's the best underwater scenery in South Spain from Marina Del Este.

The nearest golf course (Los Moriscos) is at Playa Granada next to Salobreña.

Our villa is perfect for those looking to get away from it all, relax and soak up the summer sun. However it's also great for those wanting to get out and explore the wider region.

From the traditional white villages (including Frigiliana and the Alpujarras), the popular resort of Nerja, to the spectacular Alhambra Palace in Granada City and the Ski resort of the Sierra Nevada.

Getting around

A car is essential and there is on-street parking outside the villa.

Access is easy, it's a 4 minute drive up from the main road on a fully concreted road.

In a 10 min drive you can be on the beach, at the supermarket or in a fabulous restaurant.

The villa offers the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility whilst also not being too far from all the amenities.

It's less than an hours drive from both Malaga and Granada Airports and it's motorway most of the way.
