Villa with large garden, large outdoor porch for outdoor dining and barbecue, large internal living room with equipped kitchen and peninsula, two dining tables, one internal and one external, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one with shower, one with tub / shower and a bathroom with washing machine, toilet, bidet and sink, large terrace on the first floor which overlooks two bedrooms, extra outdoor shower with hot water, air conditioning. Noise windows and anti-intrusion systems. The house is equipped with dishes, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, sheets, towels, tablecloths, hairdryer. The garden has an internal parking space and a relaxation area with sun beds for sunbathing on the lawn. The bedrooms are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds, a bedroom with a single bed, and a double sofa bed in the lounge on the ground floor.
