This magnificent villa is superbly situated in a new luxury private villa complex and offers a tranquillity and relaxation.
It is located on a small hill overlooking Ayia Napa.
The villa offers spacious and modern kitchen, living and dining area which have easy access to the private swimming pool with spectacular views and 3 bedrooms furnished to a very high standard.
There is one bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and shower and one guest toilet on ground floor.
An en-suite master bedroom with ganificent view is on the first floor including shower and toilet plus a second bedroom with another shower room with toilet.
At evening this villa is the perfect place for enjoying amazing panoramic sunset over Ayia Napa.

Lovely house

This house is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa with a beautiful view over the town. We liked being out of the hustle and bustle and didn’t mind the 20-25min walk in and out for meals etc, and a taxi was always an option, but it is on a hill so maybe not so good for young children or people with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend having a car for grocery shopping etc. The house was very well laid out and suited my adult family very well.

Frst time at Rubi Villa but certainly not the last. Everything was great We had the best time ever. Staff was there when needed.Special thanks to Stelios and Kyriaki!! The only thing that needs to be taken care of is the covering of the outside seating area at the pool. An extra umbrella was provided but still was not adequate. Hope to be back soon!!Thank u

Highly recommended!

Gorgeous property with gorgeous views! Overlooks Agia Napa and felt breezy and humid-free even in the hype of summer due to location with some altitude. Has all amenities someone might need such as dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer for easy living. One suggestion I would give is to include more covered area given the intense Cyprus sun, but appreciate there was some covered area when opening the umbrella. Highly recommend it and would love to go back there sometime soon!
