Nineteenth century farm completely restored located in the vicinity of Sant Llorenç in a quiet area and surrounded by beautiful views. It is a house of about 150 m2 living space surrounded by garden, pool and large terraces that makes it the perfect place to spend a family vacation. The house is located on an estate of 40,000 m2.

The house has been restored with taste, incorporating the advances of modern buildings and maintaining the typical character of the old Mallorcan rural houses.

The center of the town of Sant Llorenç is located a few minutes walk from the farm so you can go buy bread and other fresh essentials by taking a walk or bike, without using the car.

The house has a very cozy living room, equipped with wood stove, heat pump and air conditioning. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area is distributed as a duplex, with a double bedroom in the upper part and three single beds in the lower part. It also has heat pump and air conditioning. Between the living room and the bedroom area is the game room, especially designed for the enjoyment of children, has a variety of toys ready to be used.

Outside, the house has several terraces and a large pool (4x14 m) as well as outdoor furniture, hammocks and umbrellas.

Een heel relax verblijf met een geweldig zwembad! Zeer mooi gerenoveerd gebouw, rustig (afgelegen), comfortabele bedden, zeer veel extra voorzieningen, zeer proper,... Alleen mag je je niet storen aan de vele insecten (waar de eigenaar uiteraard weinig aan kan doen).

Wunderbare Pause vom Alltag

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen mit unseren zwei Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre) in dieser schönen Finca verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Finca ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Geschirr. Praktisch fanden wir, dass eine gewisse Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Essig und Öl bei unserer Ankunft schon vorhanden war. Die Betten sind allesamt sehr bequem und bei der sommerlichen Hitze war die Klimaanlage absolut Gold wert. Unser absolute Highlight war natürlich der sensationell große und saubere Pool, den wir intensiv genutzt haben. Perfekt für uns und unsere Bedürfnisse war auch die Ruhe vor Ort - das “Lauteste” war das Dauerzirpen der Grillen (einfach herrlich, so klingt der Sommer), das gelegentliche Bellen von Hunden und das Krähen eines Hahnes in der weiter entfernten Nachbarschaft. Damit konnten wir ganz wunderbar leben. Auch das Außengelände hat uns sehr gefallen, die alten Olivenbäume spenden zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten und Dank der ständigen leichten Brise war es trotz hoher Sommertemperaturen immer sehr gut auszuhalten. Definitiv ein Ort zum “Runterkommen”, eine wohltuende Pause vom sonst so hektischen Alltag. Auch der Gastgeber, der alle paar Tage vorbei geschaut hat, um nach dem Pool zu sehen, ist sehr nett und hat uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Strände gegeben. Fazit: Uns hat alles super gefallen!

Super finca tranquille

Belle finca simple et fonctionnelle. Clim dans les 2 grandes pièces principales. La cuisine a été refaite par rapport aux photos. La piscine est très grande ( 4mx14m et entre 1m10 et 1m50 de profondeur). Endroit très calme et à proximité des plus belles calas de Majorque (entre 15 et 25mn en voiture) et à 45 mn de Palma. Merci au proprietaire Xisco pour son accueil et la gestion du séjour. Nous avons vraiment passé d'excellentes vacances .

Great place and fantastisk host

We had a wonderful week at Francesco’s place. He was very flexible regarding late arrival. There were a few minor issues but he was very responsive and showed up on short notice to solve them. Should fix the hot water issue in the kitchen though. Beside these minor issues, it’s a great place. Very peaceful and quiet. Would love to come back sometime.

Perfect place for our holiday!

What a hidden pearl! A beautiful, rustique farmhouse, with charming surroundings. We enjoyed having our meals under the shade of a huge olive tree, and the pool was clean, and very popular wth our two boys of 11 and 18. After our daily excursions on the island, we longed to get "home" to this place and relax. You can park your car right beside the house. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Großer Pool

Wir haben 10 Nächte auf der Finca verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns herzlich mit einem Willkommenspräsent begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren so, wie auf den Fotos. Das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach mit dem großen Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich und hatte sehr gute Matratzen. In der Küche wäre ein kleiner geschlossener Schrank für das Besteck und den Kochutensilien empfehlenswerter als das recht einfache offene Schubladenregal. Das Badezimmer hat leider kein Fenster, so dass man immer das Licht anmachen musste. In der Beschreibung hatten wir wohl offensichtlich überlesen, dass die Finca nicht zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung steht sondern mit einer Doppelhaushälfte ausgestattet ist. Wir hatten aber glücklicherweise nur 3 Tage nebenan weitere Gäste, die uns in keinster Weise störten und auch ihren separten Eingang und Poolbereich hatten. Das Schönste an der Anlage ist wirklich der große Pool, der sehr sauber ist und scheinbar ohne Chlor betrieben wird. Auf den beiden Terrassen und auch um den Pool herum findet man immer einen schönen Platz, in der Sonne zu Frühstücken oder die Abendsonne zu genießen. Was uns leider nicht so gut gefallen hat sind die vielen bellenden Hunde sowie tagsüber als auch in der Nacht. Zeitweise kam es uns auch so vor, als wäre in der Nähe ein Tierheim. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Great villa with a very nice pool. The house is beautifully decorated. It has everything. I have no complaints at all. The beds are great, the bathroom is very good. The house is cool, even when its hot outside. The pool is great, with a magnificent view. The owner is very nice. He had a lot of good tips for us. I really can recommend the place. Next time, when we visit Mallorca again, I surely want to stay in the villa again.

Très bon séjour à proximité de Manacor

La location est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, à savoir grande maison authentique rénovée, avec une piscine d'une taille hors du commun (13,5m de long!) La maison est bien entretenue, le propriétaire est de bon conseil concernant les activités à proximité et toute questions sur Majorque. L'essentiel du séjour a été passé dans la piscine en famille, sur les plages des environs (la plus proche est à 15mn, et il y a de nombreuses criques isolées dans les environs), plongée masque/tuba, parties de pêche, minigolf et Aqualand à Palma. La maison étant une ancienne ferme, elle reste fraiche malgré la canicule à l'extérieur. Un séjour parfait au final. A recommander.
