Bright apartment on the top floor of a building facing the lake and in the pedestrian area. Composed of entrance, living room with kitchenette and dining room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From all the windows of the apartment you can admire a wonderful view of Lake Como. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. Reserved and closed parking for motorcycles available. A few steps away is the boarding of the boats for Bellagio and the center of the lake, as well as the pedestrian promenade that leads to the municipal beach.
