Less than 7 minutes’ FLAT walk from all the amenities, shops, bars, cafe, amusements and most importantly the BEACH. Bus stop on street, with services to Butlins, Fantasy Land, and Skegness NO Bars or amusements on site, but plenty less than 7 mins walk.

Quiet, friendly site. Great location. Great Beach. Lovely walks along the Prom....all the way to Skehness if you feel that energetic......or go by bike.
