About this property

The house is completely renovated and decorated by an architect in 2019. It is spacious and airy and is 120 m².
The living room includes the dining room, the living room and a fully equipped kitchen (Bosch appliances, large Liebherr fridge) open about 55 m² with quality materials.
There are 3 bedrooms (a large children's room with mezzannine for 4 kids and 2 adult double bedrooms), a shower room, a bathroom with large waterfall shower + hand shower, 2 separated toilets.
The garden is large and wooded with a large wooden terrace (120m2).
Outdoor shower, BBQ, Plancha grill, and garden furniture provided. Bikes are rentable at 250m.
As the sea is really close, you can hear the waves from the garden and take a walk at the sea in 10min and to the market in 5 minutes.

Agréable villa pour vacances en famille à Oleron

Super villa, rénovée avec goût, proche du marché de la Bree. Au calme. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Jardin bien entretenu. La plage est facilement accessible. Très bon séjour en famille.

A cosy oasis to enjoy French art of life

Beautiful, stylish, well equipped house with a big spacious garden. A very nice area: a walk to beach, cosy local market and a small supermarket. We didn't need our car much, only for sightseeing. We had best time here with our baby and friends.
