Beautiful penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in a residential area with communal pool and green areas very close to the beach in a very quiet area a few meters from shopping areas and public transport stops. Fully equipped, ideal for a few days of rest and relaxation. It has among other things a large terrace, and a private solarium that is accessed by a spiral staircase. Very bright and cozy.
