Loved our stay, very cute place, friendly

Turned up and instantly greeted by a very friendly turkey and his chicken/bantum friends. Greeted by the hosts who were very friendly and knowledgeable on the area, we've vistited Cornwall a few times so we had a plan, but was nice to know suggestions we're there if required. Place was pretty clean and it is in a woodland area, so we did have a few woodland creatures visiting us daily. It is humid there (absolutely not a problem for us) but there was a good heater there, a dehumidifier and a heated blanket so it wasn't much of an issue for us and our puddle-friendly dog. All in all, enjoyed our stay

Short stay with our dog

The position of the cottage on the lizard is brilliant we've spent a lot of holidays there and love the area. The cottage is right on the main road down to lizard so there is a bit of road noise and at the entrance to the campsite so again a bit of coming and going. The one thing for us was the lovely garden area was shared which wasn't clear on rental information. The cottage does suffer from damp so windows do need to be left open. We had a lovely time and would come back.

Short and Sweet

We stayed in Cosy Cottage for a short break. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of walking and plenty to see and do. Liz and Mike were excellent hosts and gave us lots of information. Lizard was the nearest village with a great Fish and Chip shop several pubs and of course the unforgettable Ann’s pasties Cosy Cottage was cosy and small but it suited us very well. The bed was very comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely go back to this site again
