Hearnesbrook Barn , Emsworth - an annexe that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms

Hearnesbrook Barn is a spacious two-bedroom annexe in the grounds of a Georgian house located in the picturesque sailing village of Emsworth. The annexe is the former coach house and stable and was lovingly refurbished in 2019. The village offers many amenities and the annexe is only a few minutes' walk to the harbour and local shops.

The Cathedral city of Chichester is also a great place to visit, as it is a lively city filled with cultural delights, independent shopping and over 100 places to eat and drink.

The annexe itself is beautifully furnished with a country cottage feel.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and perfect to entertain friends and family with a dining area set within an adjoining living room, where there is a log burner for those winter evenings.

There is a spacious first-floor double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom (shower over bath). There's a further twin bedroom downstairs with its separate shower room. The beds in this room can be made up as a king-size double.

The annexe has its own private garden with secure cycle storage.

This property also provides Wi-Fi and parking.

Excellent accommodation
The Barn is in a quiet location with pretty gardens. The charming hosts provided thoughtful touches. Walkable to Emsworth Village and the Mill Pond with a variety of good restaurants and pubs available. Handy for Chichester, Portsmouth and the South Downs.

Sets the gold standard in holiday cottages
Myself and family stayed for nearly 3 weeks at Hearnesbrook in August. The accomodation was very high spec and it felt like a beautifully restored property. Exceedingly comfortable with luxury bathrooms. Simon and Rosie were such generous hosts and we felt totally welcome whilst they remained discrete providing us privacy. They gave us lots of helpful tips about where to eat and visit. I also felt the barn was good value as it was really spacious and the annex worked well for our grown up kids to come and stay for a few nights. Space for two cars to park and suntraps to eat meals in both the front patio and back cottage style garden.
