The complex is very popular for many reasons. It is perfect for family vacations with the pizzeria restaurant "Paradise", 2 large family pools and a supermarket in the same place that specializes in English products.
The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village style and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon. Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants/shops, tennis club, and the best beach (Santa María) just a step away.

AREA INFORMATION:
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the center of the city of Arroyo de la Miel, also very close by car. Those who vacation in Benalmádena every year will likely repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but with a spectacular panoramic view of the town, the mountain and the sea.

Pueblo Evita is a nice place with super staff.
Unfortunately there was plenty of noise during nights, due to many young people who were partying.
We have been at Pueblo Evita before but never have that kind of issues before.

The host Lidia Garcia was just excellent - not only did she respond very quickly to our questions but got us a new toaster very quickly when we found the one at the unit wasn’t working - She is an excellent host and knows her business well The unit was quite nice and the complex was good as well. Due to the construction of the complex sounds from the hallways echoed a lot but that couldn’t be helped. The Clubhouse bar/restaurant was a nice addition with wood fired pizzas . The was a supermarket right across the street from the complex and lots of restaurant to choose from - nice walk to the Marina along the waterfront. A few small things might help abit - for examples pot holders to get dishes out of the oven. The one other thing was there was a lot of construction litter right beside the one patio - old bathtubs, sinks and general litter . We didn’t use that patio as it was quite sheltered so used the other patio off the living room but since we were there for a month I kind of expected that the litter might have been cleaned up ! Other than that all was very good - just a cautionary note - if you have mobility issues this may not be good for you as there is a fair amount of stair and hill climbing - it was fine for us but thought I’d mention this

Nice apartment terrible letting agent
Booking apartment was ok, lovely apartment. Really enjoyed our stay, great location. Sadly on the return back to the UK I was informed they wasn’t refunding my deposit due to damage in apartment. I had to request evidence of this which turned out to be in the wrong room which Lidia said it had happened in . Very much feels like a scam to con people out of there money.I have attempted several times to have a conversation with the letting manager Lidia who had never returned my calls and even blocked my number. The damage was not caused by us and photo evidence was sent to them which I was advised to do on exit of the property but ignored by Lidia. To this day I still haven’t received any communication with the company which is Benal coastal properties who still have money owed back to me. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company and feel I have been robbed of my deposit. Stay clear from them

We cannot help but denounce your review as false; above all, considering that after your stay, the mirror in the closet appeared broken.
We sent you the photographs of the damage caused IMMEDIATELY you left of the apartment, which you had the audacity to send back to us with alterations to "prove" that you did not cause the damage.
Both the owners and the cleaning team were notified and none of them reported any breakage before your arrival.
If it was already broken before your arrival, why do you send us a photo that "proves" that it was not broken?
If it broke after your stay, are you suggesting that we broke it on purpose?
It doesn't have any sense…
You have called us scammers.
We are obliged to report your false valuation and take the corresponding legal measures.

Nice apartment & complex but not good for less mobile
Property was as described in listing.
Pros: has a bbq and nice outside area, bedrooms nice / modern, kitchen equipped enough with all basics, washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge with smaller freezer section, Bluetooth soundbar, quiet location, 1 ensuite room and another separate bathroom.
Cons: air con is on a timer which needs resetting every 2hrs in the living room for it to work in the bedroom so if hot at night - there is a need to go into living room to turn it back on, needs to be info in the apartment about amenities onsite such as both pools location (we never found rooftop pool), opening hours etc, key card should work in all entrances to complex not just one as parking is very limited and sometimes you have to park far away from the block 8 entrance, this complex is not for those with limited mobility as only access around complex is steps and lots of them, would benefit from having couple of basics for arrivals, even if just some drinking water as no-where to buy this if arriving late at night.
Apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and in a great position. Great complex with 2 pools and all kept very clean. Good location, within easy walking distance to beach and bars and restaurants. First time here but would return.

Het appartement ziet er mooi uit, echter een kastdeurtje is kapot en nog steeds niet repareerd. Omdat veel appartementen leeg liggen komt alle warmte naar het appartement en blijft veel warmte hangen. De airco gaat door een timer na 2 uur uit en moet je handmatig weer aanzetten. In de nacht wordt je wakker van de hitte en zet je hem weer aan. Dit noem ik geen airco! Op de terrassen is het de hele dag heet en daar verblijf je niet lang.
