We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
The building has elevators.
Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)
The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.
PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
Community satellite television, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.
Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment to the gym.

Le point négatif ..très mal insonorisé (alors apporter vous des bouchons)
Le lit plus ou moins confortable et l’équipement de cuisine très de base !…
P.S.on auraient apprécié des chaises de plage et serviettes (puisqu’on arrive en avion )
Appartement un peu bruyant car donnant sur la route très passante. Très propre. Problème de la résidence : pas possible de prendre les ascenseurs avec un fauteuil roulant qui n’est pourtant pas très large.Avons cependant passé un bon séjour mais ne renouvellerons pas une location à BenalBeach suite problème ascenseurs

Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été entièrement satisfaisante.
Cependant, nous souhaitons apporter quelques précisions importantes : pendant votre séjour, vous avez emporté par erreur deux jeux de clés de l’appartement, ce qui a provoqué une situation d’urgence, car nous ne disposions plus de clés pour accueillir les voyageurs suivants le jour même de votre départ. Nous vous remercions de les avoir finalement restituées, mais cela a été difficile à gérer.
Nous tenons également à rappeler que, durant votre séjour, nous vous avons mis gracieusement à disposition une chaise roulante neuve, afin de faciliter votre confort. Ce geste n’a pas été mentionné dans votre commentaire, bien qu’il ait été fait avec plaisir et dans un souci de bienveillance.
Par ailleurs, il est important de préciser que l’appartement se situe au premier étage, ce qui rend votre remarque concernant la hauteur ou l’accès peu pertinente pour les futurs voyageurs.
