This apartment has one of the largest terraces in the Benal beach complex.

The Apartment has 2 single beds that can be made into a double and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very bright and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Including.. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open plan living area that opens up on to the dining terrace.

Benal Beach is a well known complex located directly in front of the beach, We have a full range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including, 5 Swimming pools, Slides, Gymnasium and market.

The "Sirena" pool is open all year around, and the temperature is set at 23º.

Pools and slides opening hours may differ depending on the season and does not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor we cannot accept any claims due to this matter or pool closure.

Property should not be listed!

We asked to change flat as soon as we arrived and point blankly refused to stay there! Property has clearly not been updated since it was built in the 70's!!! Most of the kitchen cupboard doors were half hanging on their hinges and floor where the dustbtin was had not been cleaned well, some of the patio sliding doors were broken and held by sellotape and more importantly did not lock, same for the shower screen in the bathroom which was also broken! It has a very big terrace but it's also in great need of attention. Concrete on the bannister crumbling, the side awning was held by an old piece of string which when we removed just fell and had to be rolled up by hand. An absolute disgrace, a flat that should definitely not be listed for rent. Fortunately, we were out of season and agency (who agreed that property was sub-standard) was able to change us to a much better flat in the same building.
