TrĂšs bien situĂ©, prĂšs de l’épicerie, transport en commun

TrĂšs bel appartement propre, belle vue du balcon, prĂšs de tout. Les inconvĂ©nients c’est qu’il n’a pas de four pour les aliments et la douche vieillot serait Ă  refaire. Avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour.

Sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, super Lage , Sofa mĂŒsste vielleicht mal erneuert werden, ist schon etwas durchgesessen, leider hatten wir keinen deutschen Sender im TV was im Winter schon ein Problem ist aber Goran will sich darum kĂŒmmern. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Very good location

We stayed seven weeks in this apartment and enjoyed it. It was reasonably comfortable for a couple. The place was clean and all necessary equipment was available. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Benalmadena Costa - everything was within five minutes walk. The sixth floor gave a good view over the sea. It is worth noting that wifi/internet is not free. You have to buy time (1-30 days) from the reception. The cost is abt 1 euro/day per device. The connection was unstable with videos/tv. Thanks Goran for a nice time.

Zeer goede locatie, vlakbij de haven waar alle restaurants en winkels liggen. Aan te raden de kabelbaan. Zeer vriendelijk aan de balie/receptie. Appartement wat gedateerd, Schoon en goede bedden.

POSITIF: Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cet appartement du 10 au 31 octobre 2017. C'Ă©tait notre premiĂšre expĂ©rience de location avec Homelidays et ça Ă©tĂ© un succĂšs. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sĂ©rieux et disponible...l'appartement Ă©tait Ă  l'image de ce que nous avions vu sur les photos!!! L'appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et super bien situĂ©. Nous n'avions pas de voiture et c'Ă©tait facile de se dĂ©placer Ă  pied et en transport en commun Ă  petit prix! Épicerie, divertissement, magasinage.....tout est prĂšs de l'appartement. NÉGATIF: J'aurais aimĂ© avoir deux ensemble de draps et de serviettes de bain. Comme il n'y a pas de sĂ©cheuse dans l'appartement, c'est difficile de laver les draps et les faire sĂ©cher dehors avant le soir pour pouvoir refaire le lit avant d'aller dormir!!! Merci
