Important Check-in & Check-out Information
• Check-in from 4:00 PM
• Arrivals after 8:00 PM: €20 surcharge
• Arrivals after midnight: €40 surcharge
(Payable in cash to the person handing over the keys)
• Check-out until 12:00 PM
• Late check-out available for €20 per hour (subject to availability)
• You will be personally welcomed and given all necessary information
• According to Andalusian regulations, all guests (including babies) must provide passport details before arrival via the provided link or upon arrival

• Second bedroom: Two single beds (90x190 cm), mirrored wardrobe, window, fan, and natural ventilation
Includes travel cot with mattress and high chair for baby.
Bathroom
Full bathroom with walk-in shower (double shower head), WC, hairdryer, and washing machine.
Important note: Air conditioning condensation water is collected in buckets located on the terrace and must be manually emptied approximately once per day.

The swimming pools are open from the Friday before Easter until October 31, from 10:00 AM until sunset. The rest of the year, the garden area may be used for sunbathing from 11:00 AM.

Please note: In case of municipal drought restrictions, pool use may be limited without prior notice. No closures have been reported in the last two years.
PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please respect the quiet hours. You will find the community rules in the apartment’s welcome book.

You can make use of the pool and sunbathe in the areas provided for it in the gardens. Always respecting the schedules and rules of the community that are found at the entrance of the pool and in the apartment.
