The open-plan living accommodation includes a modern and spacious sitting room, dining room and superb kitchen with high quality appliances, including a fresh filtered water tap and coffee machine. From the dining area, bi-fold doors open out to the fabulous balcony where you can sit on the rattan furniture provided and breathe in the sea air whilst taking in those stunning views of Carbis Bay.

The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and en-suite bathroom complete with double ended jacuzzi bath. Bedroom two is a twin room and has use of a shower room with walk-in rain head shower. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment will keep you warm and toasty in all seasons.

Outside, guests have use of the communal garden and garden furniture. From here, a private path takes you to Carbis Bay beach in around five minutes' walk.
Beautiful St Ives can be reached by a short car or rail journey, or alternatively by a twenty five minute breath-taking coastal walk.

With table and seating for four guests. Patio doors fold right back to reveal the outside balcony with sea view and two wicker chairs and table.

There is a communal garden with garden furniture with a private path from the garden that links up with a five minute walk to Carbis Bay beach. The path links with the coastal path, which makes a beautiful walk to either St Ives or Hayle Sands.
