Recently renovated, our apartment surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Matera is only 1km away from Borgo La Martella, about 6km from the city center and the Sassi di matera. At the entrance a corridor leads to the two double bedrooms with private bathroom finely furnished in a modern key, while in the living area there is a lounge with kitchen, TV and dining room. Outside a large equipped terrace where you can observe the fantastic skyline of the city and a tree-lined courtyard surrounded by green countryside where you can park comfortably. available for single couples, families or groups. up to a maximum capacity of 6 adults.

Breve vacanza di due giorni, molto gradevole, ottimo host, cordiale e accogliente, ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per una visita completa alla città, la casa molto accogliente e pulita, posta in una posizione rilassante con parcheggio privato. Hebergement et accueil royal

L'hébergement est magnifique, propre et particulièrement fonctionnel. L'accueil par l'hôte est exceptionnel. Le frigo était rempli de fruits, lait, jus de fruit et eau. Giuseppe nous a conseillé pour les sorties, restaurants, parkings. Il a toujours été très réactif. Merci beaucoup.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa splendida struttura dotata di tutto quello che può servire.L'assistenza e l'accoglienza sono state perfette Giuseppe ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio.La struttura si trova a 5 minuti dal centro di Matera dotata di parcheggio interno.Le stanze hanno il bagno interno e sono pulitissime oltre che arredate con gusto. Se torneremo a Matera chiamerò soggiornerò, se sarà possibile,in questa casa,grazie.
