Large 3 bed villa with private pool, with mountain view in rural location

Our wonderful 3 bed villa is located within the orchards just outside the Spanish village of Rafal. It's set in 5,000 sq.m of spacious grounds, and has plenty of areas for relaxation. It has quite a few mature orange trees that you can pick if they are in season. There is ample parking for several cars.

The swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters is surrounded by a patio where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers from sunrise to sunset. It has a comfortable seating area in the shade, she you tire of the mid day sun.
There is a second patio with a dining area and BBQ for your use. This patio has a cover that you can pull out or fold away easily.

Inside there are 2 living rooms. The large patio living room over looks the pool and inside garden and has 2 very large comfortable sofas to relax into. The windows all foldaway, so this room can be open if you wish. The smaller second living room has a fire, not that you would need it as the house has full central heating, we use this room as the TV and games room. The large kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you should need for your holiday. There is a separate dining room, should you prefer to eat indoors, rather than on the patio. 1 high chair can be provided
There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a large en suite with shower and bath. The 2nd bedroom contains a double bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is room for a travel cot in both the master and 2nd bedrooms. 1 travel cot can be provided if needed, free of charge. There is a 2nd bathroom which also has a shower and bath.
