Beautifully bright and airy top floor one bedroom apartment in a lovely period property. The flat is in perfect condition (newly renovated), offering a calm, peaceful retreat with garden views, and in a fantastic central location (in Islington), a stone's throw from Arsenal's Emirates stadium. The apartment is within fifteen minutes walk from three underground stations (Finsbury Park, Archway, Holloway), and is served by several buses and plenty of other local amenities. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, are all a short walk away. Vibrant Upper Street (running from Angel station to Highbury & Islington station) and beautiful Highgate village are both a short bus ride away. The bars and restaurants of Stroud Green Road are a short walk away.
The apartment boasts a spacious, bright open-plan living space which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge space. The bedroom has a king-size double bed and a beautiful and practical en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is set to the back of the property, overlooking gardens and is beautifully peaceful and quiet, featuring blackout blinds for ultimate tranquillity.
Amenities include wifi, OLED smart TV (Netflix, BBC iplayer etc.), washing-machine/dryer, full size cooker/oven, microwave, hairdryer and coffee making facilities. You will find everything you need for an enjoyable and peaceful stay. I will meet and greet you at the apartment and am always happy to provide assistance or advice during your stay.

Tollington

Area is convenient to three Tube stations and buses. Local stores nearby made grocery stops at end of the day simple. Area is eclectic and undergoing major improvements. Flat was clean and comfortable, host was friendly and helpful.

As nice as advertized.

Property is located in a fairly calm street, without that having a negative impact on transportation options, shopping, eating out options etc. Everything needed is available at the apartment.

Very quiet and very light and airy space

This is an absolutely lovely little flat, with quiet and light and an open view to the south. It was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended, though there is a walk of 17 minutes to the closest tube. (Of course there are bus options...but I enjoyed the walk!)
