Internally, the large apartment consists of two bedrooms both equipped with double beds, living area with a double sofa bed and desk, kitchen with dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped and equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and mocha.
Two bathrooms, both of which have a shower, but only one of the two has a bidet.
The large private terrace is the real "spearhead" of the apartment! From the terrace you can enjoy a view over all of Rome: a unique and enchanted place, perfect for 6 people, where you can eat, thanks to the large table, sunbathe, relax and admire one of the most unique and rich in history panoramas in the world !

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
