The villa is part of a complex of holiday houses inside an agricultural estate of about 11 hectares, freely accessible to our guests. Villa I Noccioli guests can use a shared swimming pool. Wi Fi is available in the living room of the Villa and in the pool area. Pets not allowed.



Guests at our Villa may enjoy the beautiful (8X17 mt) swimming pool (open from 1st may to 30th September, shared with other houses in our holiday complex) from which the panoramic view of the medieval village of Capranica is truly enchanting. Free access to all the green spaces, the parks and the grounds with a wifi network and garden furniture.

Minimum stay, 3 nights. For more Weeks/months stays will be applied a discount. Also available for meetings, events, weddings.

The opportunity to visit the nearby cities of Rome and Viterbo, both of which are within easy reach by car, bus or train. Not to be missed in the immediate area are the thermal baths of Viterbo (the famous Papal Thermal Baths, the Vico, Bracciano and Bolsena lakes andTarquinia and Montalto. Our area is rich with historical remains of Etruscan settlements (the necropolis of Tarquinia and Cerveteri), Roman ruins (the Ferento theatre and the amphitheatre of Sutri), medieval buildings (the San Pellegrino quarter and the Papal Palace in Viterbo) and Renaissance architecture (Villa Lante in Bagnaia and Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola). Sports lovers will also be fully satisfied: nearby are the internationally ranked golf courses of the Golf Nazionale.
