What a beautiful apartment! It was well equipped with everything we needed and more, it felt very homey. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet, residential neighbourhood however, we found it a little far to walk to the main tourist areas. Thankfully, it has great accessibility to the bus, metro and grocery store. An overall wonderful stay!
Nice Apartment with everything you need, close to City Center and public Transport
The Apartment has everthing you need even for longer stays. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the City Center. Bus stop 50m from the door, metro Station 10 minutes walk but evan walking to Rossio Place will take less than 30 minutes. Next supermarket less than 5 minutes walk.
We stayed five nights at the brick house apartment while in Lisbon. It was a convenient and a quiet neighborhood. With good access to bus and metro as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It was fine for the two of us. It would have been great if it had air conditioning. The fans only go so far when the temperature is in the high 20s. Also softer pillows would have been appreciated.

Caro Dieter,
we reallyenjoyed the space although it is a little tight for 4 people. it’s a beautiful little flat with good light, an crazy (but good) shower, and nice living room-kitchen. the layout is more like a studio really, with one bedroom and its little porch (lovely) and an open floor plan. this makes sharing it a bit more difficult but it worked for us as close friends for a few days. the only thing is the location, which is a nice neighborhood with shops and some pretty lookouts, but unless you want to be up in penha area for a reason, you will end up having to get an uber or bus to most places. they are super cheap (ubers cheaper than buses for 4 people, and the buses aren’t all that many from up here) but it was still a hassle / additional cost to consider.
considering the price, it’s a pretty good deal for lisbon (we went in august so it was prettybusy), and the host is accommodating . i would recommend, just consider where you are staying because lisbon is a big city!
