Excellent location - short walk to Commercial. Very clean. Great rooms - two good-sized bedrooms, separate living room (perfect distance from bedrooms, so activity doesn't keep traveling companions awake). Fantastic to have off-road parking - particularly in this location. All-in-all - a great stay!

Hidden gem in the heart of Ptown

Quaint, charming, and amazing location in the heart of Ptown. Easy check-in, responsive host. Very accurate description and representation of photos. Kitchen is no frills but has everything you need to cook and even entertain a small group in the deck. High recommend and hope to be back!

Comfortable, well-appointed and located property

Condo was all that was promised, great home base for walking and occasionally driving to other areas on the Cape. Comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, and Randy was very responsive to our handful of questions.

Incredible location

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. We didn’t use our car the entire stay. Easy to find, clean and excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Annual Tradition!

This was our second year staying at this property and we had a blast. The perfect size for our family of three - everyone has their own room, and plenty of space to stretch out! The location is perfect to walk into town for dinner, shows, and enjoy the sites. We already booked for 2025!

Can't say enough about my stay. When a condo has better knives than I do at home and better cookware, I am impressed. While not on the water, the location could not be beat. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful location

Great spot. Walking distance from everything in town. The beds were comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan. Randy was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants. We will definitely be back, and plan to stay here again.

Perfect blend of fun and relaxation

Spent New Year's weekend at Randy's property and it provided easy access to everything! We walked to breakfast, to shopping on Commercial St, to the Pilgrim monument and more. When we couldn't walk anymore, we had a cozy place nearby to rest and recharge. An excellent time all around!

This charming condo served as home base for myself and two friends during a chilly week in September, and I can tell you the comfort it provided instantly felt like home. I was impressed by the quality and abundance of available cookware, and the glassware was noteworthy as well. The bedroom closets are large with plenty of hangers. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and both bedrooms have a chest of drawers for ample clothing storage. I loved starting the day on the balcony with a cup of tea as the town wakes up, as well as watching the sun set each evening. Randy was a wonderful host and answered my texts quickly and with great care. The location is perfect - a block from the action of Commercial Street, seconds from the gym, and walking distance to the Stop and Shop and many excellent restaurants. We all agreed it was the perfect setting for our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

I try to get there myself 3 to 4 times a year myself.

Why they chose this property

I bought this place for the location and the feel of the place.
I wanted it to have the look and feel of a home and not just a rental unit.

What makes this property unique

Although not a very large place it has an excellent layout.
Lovely deck off the kitchen. Nice to have breakfast and coffee in the mornings. Beautiful wood throughout.
So nice to be able to walk or ride your bike to Commercial street and the beaches.
