Property location is great; very close to many of the shops, restaurants, and bars. Other than a small issue at check-in (which was resolved), host was very accommodating and helpful. Fridge / pantry had the essentials, which was nice. Plenty of linens and extra pillows as well.

Amazing Stay

This property was a beautiful and clean place. The location was perfectly within walking distance to everything in town. The host was very communicative and available for any questions. He made the stay smooth and enjoyable! Our entire group loved this stay!

This is an exceptional Provincetown rental. The location could not be more ideal, being just over a block to the Boatslip and a quick peddle to the beach. Leigh has done an amazing job of making this a very comfortable and well-appointed rental. The fixtures, bedding, and kitchen appliances are all new, clean, and beautiful. I support everything all the other reviewers have said, including that it is the best stocked VRBO ever. Thank you for making this wonderful spot available to me. Rent with confidence.

Cute Ptown Bungalow in the Perfect Location

My buddies and I had a great stay, highly recommend! Steps from all that Commercial Street has to offer. We especially enjoyed hanging out and grilling on the patio.

Fantastic Property

Great property that had everything we needed with many recent updates. Property is in a great location just steps from commercial and quiet for a good night's rest. Leigh was a gracious host and provided a fabulous stay!

Good place for a small group!

Great location -- appreciated the proximity to Boatslip, food (Liz's, Pop+Dutch, Joe's), and bike rentals. Good size -- six in our group and we never felt too crowded. Would definitely return.

Beautiful condo- prime location

We had an amazing trip! The house is exactly like the pictures, and everything has been thought of. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is updated and has everything you could ever need. Porch and outdoor space was charming! We would love to come back next summer!

We have stayed in our fair share of rentals around town, and this was probably the best to date. The place is exactly as described, cleaner than clean, and Leigh was a great host to work with. The location is our favorite (West End, close enough to be quickly walkable, but just far enough from Commercial to be quiet), but we also enjoyed just having cocktails on the deck. We will definitely be back.

Great Summer Home

I really enjoyed our experience at Leigh's property in Provincetown. The unit was clean, organized, and had recently updated bathrooms. The unit included a washer/dryer/grill and most importantly 2 bathrooms. Leigh was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The place was wonderful and I am already looking forward to staying there again next year!

Awesome property

This is a wonderful unit in a great location. Spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, this unit has everything we needed. Amenities include plenty of bath and hand towels, six beach chairs, six beach towels, a great collection of kitchen equipment, and split unit a/cs in each room. Beds and pillows are very comfortable as well, and bathrooms are lovely. The tandem parking could pose a problem for some, but it worked out well for us this week. Owners are very responsive and helpful!

If you are looking for a perfect vacation spot..look no further!

This property has everything you need! Down to extra towels, beach chairs, blender etc! Location is prime! Did not use car at all. Walked everywhere. Perfect if you take ferry from Boston. Walk to condo and then get your vacation started. Beds were incredibly comfortable and outside deck was perfect for relaxing with a cocktail. Book today! You won't be disappointed!

P-Town weekend

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house is a few minutes walk to downtown where there are a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. The owner sent us a very detailed document with information about the house and check-in which was very easy. The house has a keypad lock for the front door, so you don't have to worry about sharing keys with your fellow guests in the house. The house was very clean, and a lot of the furniture and appliances seemed new.

The unit was well appointed (Maytag appliances, furniture, TV, A/C, etc.) and tastefully decorated. Everything appeared to be in great condition, especially the two bathrooms, and very clean. It's wonderful to have small appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and kitchen tools (knives, spatulas, cutting boards, pots and pans, cutlery) available; there wasn't one single thing that we needed that wasn't somewhere in the kitchen. Although close to Commercial Street (where all of the shopping, dining, and events are), it was a quiet street. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they responded immediately if we had questions. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Great Stay

This was our second trip to Leigh's condo in the heart of Ptown. Location is ideal and all nearby attractions can be easily explored on foot and bike. The parking is also nice, however, as we brought our car to explore further regions of Truro and Wellfleet. The condo is very clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. It has a great layout with a large, well equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom is a touch small, and can get a little musty with a lot of use, but it's location on the opposite side from the bedrooms keeps it private and quiet. The washer and dryer are excellent, and a great perk for a week long beach trip. Commercial St is a block away with tons of restaurants and shopping right at your door. A small deck in front is great for barbeques and evening drinks. I think 6 adults may feel a little bit cramped, but my wife and I found it ideal for us and our 3 yr old daughter. The keypad door lock is great as you never have to worry about keys, and Leigh was excellent at communicating all details and is very easy to get in touch with should the need arise. I would happily stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

We had plenty of reminders and communication before we arrived and on the day of arrival. The place is cute, with thoughtful details and provisions for guests, such as a set of towels in every room and a kitchen with everything you need, including Ziploc bags and menus. We walked to the beach along the dunes all the way to Herring Cove and walked back on the bike path. Perfect location for people who love walking or biking to the beach.

Amazing spot for your Provincetown stay....

This cozy place was the perfect spot for our group of friends to spend time together and serve as our home base in Ptown. Location cannot be beat, close to literally everything, located on a quiet street but steps to the thrum of Commercial street. Nicely decorated and a kitchen to die for, great if you are looking to cook, one of the best supplied kitchens I've ever rented. Highly recommended all around.
