Top 2 stories of 1800s Historic Sea Captain's House right on water side of Commercial Street in the West End. Amazing water views!! Located near the center of town, steps to the beach as well as the Boatslip, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Flyer's is right behind the house where you can rent a boat or kayak to explore Ptown. Parking for 1 car directly on Commercial St. Deck on back facing water. Wood floors throughout and 2 gas fireplaces. Fast wifi, 46' LCD TV with Bose speaker system, ipod/iphone dock in each bedroom. 3 queen beds with memory foam mattresses. Rainforest shower/heated floors in both bathrooms. Newly renovated addition and expanded deck built in 2013. Additional 2 smart LED TVs in bedrooms. New washer/dryer.

Just as cute as the pictures. Great location. Eddie is awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation would be new mattresses and pillows in both main level bedrooms.

An absolutely perfect ptown stay! Eddie’s place is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. My friends and I enjoyed spending time on the large patio before walking to our fave spots on and around commercial st. Eddie was also a very knowledgeable and gracious host, making a point to chat on the phone ahead of our trip to give our group the lay of the land which was so sweet of him! Will be back again and again!

Eddie is an engaged owner who has designed a beautiful condo in a prime West End Location. It is only a half a block away from the Boatslip and a short walk to West End favorites including The Red Inn. Perfect for a group of 4 or 5 with two spacious main-floor bedrooms and one cozy “A-frame” shaped one (up a spiral staircase) ideal for a single occupant. Nice outdoor deck area overlooking a local boatyard (and the water beyond).

Eddie's place was perfect for a fun, relaxing spring break getaway in Ptown. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive, and the deck is awesome for just hanging out close to home!

Amazing Provincetown Property

Amazing property on Commercial St located in walking distance to everything. Very clean with every amenity we needed from the kitchen to the bath. The outdoor patio was great for meals and relaxing. The owner Eddie is amazing and responded to texts within minutes. 5 stars all around!

Ideal West End stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Eddie’s West End Ptown home. Lots of room for 3 of us and certainly could have had up to 6. Thoughtful touches like coffee pods ready to go, fireplace and soaps. I'm a frequent Ptown visitor since the 90’s and prefer this end of town, convenience to favorite restaurants like Joon (next door), Sals Place and Red Inn. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect location, beautiful home. Just right!

We had a wonderful visit to P-Town. This condo is perfectly situated in town, walking distance to beaches, coffee, restaurants, ice cream, shops... sea breezes, sunny comfortable furnishings. Eddie was available and responsive whenever we needed anything. We could not have had a better time!

Very charming place in great part of town

Some friends and I come to Provincetown every summer and we were so lucky to have found this property for our visit this year. It's right on Commercial Street but just as the quiet area begins, so you're still close to everything. The decor is great, beds are very comfortable, and the shower in the main path is fantastic. The property owner is very nice and accessible. He provided a lot of great tips for newcomers. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, view, parking, and very comfortable.

I’ve been coming to Ptown for over fifty years with family and this is really a prime rental. The parking spot actually fits my full sized pickup and made it a lot more convenient for grocery shopping and trips to the beach. It was steps away from all the shopping and entertainment. The main deck was a really relaxing spot to watch the fog roll in one night. Mattresses are very comfy. The showers were luxurious with a lot of water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eddie, the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend.

Eddie's place was even nicer than in the pictures. Location was perfect, the place was spacious, and we had an awesome visit. The best place of the half dozen that I've rented in Ptown over the years.

Amazing Ptown Condo

The pictures do not do this spacious condo justice. Waking up to the ocean views out on the expansive back deck was a treat in addition to the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Within minutes walking to boatslip and restaurants made this a prime location for the cool fall weather. Eddie made the check in process super easy and communicated expectations well in advance. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for your next ptown stay!
