About this property
Enjoy any time of year- at East End Captains Home, Provincetown
Exquisite restored Victorian, a luxuriously comfortable four-season retreat. The large tree-shaded and covered front porch front porch, provides an elegant window on iconic Commercial Street and views of Provincetown Harbor.
The living room is ample with bay windows facing the street. The finely restored old woodwork is immediately striking.
Chef's kitchen features Bosch appliances, granite counters and seating island, and 2-zone wine fridge. Dining room with oak table and six chairs comfortably accommodates dinners. Master bedroom features king bed; there are queen beds in the other bedrooms. The two larger bedrooms have safes that will accommodate laptops.
Upstairs baths glass-walled, tiled. Deep tub in master bath.
Backyard patio off kitchen for outdoor dining.
And the fine, sandy Provincetown harbor beach is accessible across the street!

In this time of COVID circulation, I want to let each of you know my commitment to your healthy and safe enjoyment of your stay here.
The house is well back from Commercial Street, with a private front porch and yard, and a back patio. It is surrounded by private homes.
My cleaning professional has worked with me to provide you the cleanest and most disinfected environment possible. Products used are EPA approved for COVID-19 surface disinfection. All frequently-touched surfaces (counter and tabletops, light switches, doorknobs, handrails, appliance and cabinet handles and controls, remotes, etc.) are included in this sanitizing process, before each new guest arrives.
All linens and bath towels etc are steam-laundered and hot-dried.
We have removed multi-use products throughout, especially in the kitchen, for our guests’ protection.

Why they chose this property
This was my parents' last home together. I bought it with them in the mid 80's.
I had to sell, and see it re-developed, OR restore it to it's once-elegant self. I chose the latter path, and have spent the past 3 years seeing this process to completion. The result makes me smile- and I know they would be as well.

What makes this property unique
This is a fine old home, which has been restored fully over several years, and finally available. The wood details from 1910, have been preserved carefully, as their original coatings have sustained the warm beauty of all the trim, and the floors.
