The lounge/dining room is air-conditioned & has patio doors leading to the sun terrace. Smart TV with many international channels. The fitted kitchen is open plan & well equipped with electric induction hob & full oven, microwave, washing machine & fridge freezer.

The private terrace overlooks the delightful gardens & is equipped with table & chairs for al fresco dining.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!

View from balcony. Location Lovely bright rooms. Spacious Great bathroom. Well equipped. Lovely fresh bed linen and towels Flaky paint over balcony and inside door. A small amount falling down. Loose floor tile bedroom.

COMFORTABLE apartment

It’s a very homely apartment and as we were staying for a longer period of time that’s what we wanted Better cleaning under beds and behind headboard, especially the skirting boards.

Relaxing stay at a lovely well located apartment with sea view.

Very comfortable. Well equipped Great view of the sea from the balcony. Easy access to the Balcon and town yet in a peaceful spot. Roof top pool. There was a tile rising - the bedroom floor - that needs fixing. The leak from above created a flaky ceiling just inside the patio doors and over the balcony.

Perfect apartment, perfect location!

Loved the apartment...Felt like a home from home. Comfortable beds, good quality linen & towels. Lot's of little extras too. We have been coming to Nerja for over 23 years and this apartment is in one of the best locations. The only improvement we could advise was maintenance of the pool area. It was a little bit tired but not sure if that is something you or the owners have control of.

Fantastiskt läge!

Läget var fantastiskt med närhet till både stränder och restaurangutbud. Balkong med fin utsikt över Burrianastranden och bergen. Vi trivdes alla väldigt bra. Dock saknades viss köksutrustning och sängarna kunde ha varit mer bekväma. Poolen var inte som vi hoppats på så den använde vi inte.

Easter in Nerja

The location of the apartment is unbeatable with views over the sea and mountains beyond. Walking distance from town centre and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of hanging space/hangers in the bedrooms. Lovely roof terrace with sunbeds and plunge pool. I would like more towels to be provided along with a weekly cleaning service with change of bedding at no extra charge. Although there is a washing machine, there is nowhere to dry the sheets. The apartment could benefit from a more robust maintenance programme such as oiling of the iron grilles on the front door and balcony grilles since they are difficult to open and close due to rust.

Perfect Location, lovely views

The apartment was nicely furnished had a lovely balcony with beautiful views. It’s very conveniently located close to all that Nerja has to offer. It’s well equipped as well with just about everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Ian at CG Rentals was very quick to reply to any queries we had and was particularly helpful when the electricity tripped out on New Year’s Eve and managed to sort it out over the phone with us. The only issue was some noisy building works next door but that was nothing to do with CG Rentals.

Carabeo 99 August 2020

Had a great week off in this wonderful apartment. Owerall well equipped and several brand new kitchen appliances. Very well cleaned and disinfected apartment and pool area as we stayed during Covid-19 pandemic. For us, location was perfect with short distance to beach and centre of town. Rooftop pool was a bit shallow but you had an excellent view of the sea! Taxi transfer to/from airport booked via CG is smooth and punctual even if you have to leave for airport 3AM in the morning!
