Newly renovated house from 1903.
Close to the sea, Tjörn, Orust, Marstrand and Gothenburg etc.

Possibility for both short and long term rentals.

A Sweden idyll overlooking Lake Slopes. Parking at the site.

The lake offers nice swimming and good fishing. The bathing area is 400 m from the house. Nice sea bath is located 10-15 min from the house. The forest has many nice trails and dirt roads for training and cycling. Nice ECO cafe 100 meters from the house.

10 minutes to the golf courses Stenungsund GK or Lyckorna Golf Course.

There are many opportunities.

The house is 3 kilometers from the Svenshögen train station. From there it takes 50 min to Gothenburg and 20 min to Uddevalla.

In the house there is a full kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed and a hall room with a mattress. Enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or dinner at one of the 5 different outdoor seating areas on the site.
Large and nice garden with trampoline for the children and toys that can be used by both adults and children.

The guests need to bring their own sheets and towels.
Guests are responsible for the final cleaning themselves.
