A few minutes by car some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the island such as Cavoli and Fetovaia, wedged between the rocky coasts offer magnificent views and crystal clear waters. For nature lovers, there are numerous possibilities for trekking and excursions along nearby scenic paths that wind through the vineyards and the intense scents of the Mediterranean scrubland, around Monte Capanne, inside the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. The small village of La Zanca, located overlooking the sea, is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in peace, away from the chaos and noise, with all the services available a few minutes away by car. The apartments are comfortable and tastefully furnished for a comfortable stay, both have private parking space.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the house; it is composed of a living room with sofa, equipped kitchenette, TV with satellite decoder, double bedroom with terrace, bedroom with two bunk beds (double bed above single), bathroom with shower cubicle, 2 terraces equipped with outdoor furniture, independent entrance with stairs and parking space in front of the apartment.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of children)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- heating on request, 10 euros per day
