The apartment is recently built and has a parking space inside the property, which you can access through the electric gate of which you will be provided with the remote control.

The apartment consists of kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, covered outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner.
The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, remote control electric gate to access the property, 1 private parking space.
We inform our kind customers that for the cleaning of the accommodation, in addition to the use of products in accordance with the law, we also use an ozone sanitizing machine.
