The apartment is recently built and has a parking space inside the property, which you can access through the electric gate of which you will be provided with the remote control.

The apartment consists of kitchen-living room with sofa bed for one and a half, 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with two staggered single beds (drawer), bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace overlooking the sea where you can have lunch and dinner.
The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, remote control for the electric gate to access the property, 1 private parking space.
We inform our kind customers that for the cleaning of the accommodation, in addition to the use of products in accordance with the law, we also use an ozone sanitizing machine.

*The apartment is delivered on the day of arrival from 16.00 to 20.00 and must be vacated by 09.00 on the day of departure.

Access to the property and use of the related services are for the exclusive use of the tenants communicated at the time of booking.
