On foot, you can reach either the free beach or the well - equipped Lido.
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, for a total of over 120 sq m. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
In addition to those of the apartment, there are two showers in the garden.
The Ground Floor has a beautiful porch on 2 sides which keeps the house cool (therefore this nbon apartment is equipped with air conditioning)
The first floor has a large terrace on 3 sides of the house from which to admire the sea while having dinner with the scent of flowers and pine trees in the private garden (this is the apartment with air conditioning).
The villa is located a short distance from an ice cream shop, a well-known fishmonger, a delicatessen, a tobacconist, a bakery, a small supermarket, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Familienurlaub in Leporano

Das Appartement im ersten Stock ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Das gesamte Haus ist ruhig gelegen, mit Fensterläden und Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Die Terasse ist sehr groß, aber leider nur mit unbequemen Stühlen ausgestattet, die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Wir haben Liegen und auch eine Markise vermisst, da es untertags schon auch sehr heiß wird. Die beiden Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe waren zwar für einen kurzen Besuch ganz gut aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht so optimal. Der private Lido war sehr teuer und der öffentliche Strand sehr klein und meist überfüllt. Leider liegt das Appartement etwas außerhalb des Zentrums sodass man ein Auto benötigt. Unsere 3 Teenager hätten sich außerdem einen Wlan Zugang gewünscht.

Lovely week Gandolfi Bay

This lovely old property on the beach was as advertised. It is spacious and well appointed. All the appliances worked well. Our host Florinda was very gracious and helpful. The property has a beach to walk to and also miles of free beaches and lidos down the coast which we visited. As most apartments we have found with high ceilings, there were no reading lights in the lounge. Extremely clean.
